The place is really fantastic. Ou comunication with hotel was since the beggining very easy and nice. Once we entered the apartment, we could see how big it was and nice. The apartment is equipied with all the necessary kitchenware and has everything you will need for a nice stay. The living room is big and provided a view to Kotor Old town, which is really cool, specialy at night (see photo)! The shower is very hot and nice. The hotel provided shampoo for travellers, which was a surprise for me. The beds are very confortable and nice! The apartment is near supermarket, restaurants, shopping mall in less than 50meters from door to door. Once really asset of this apartment is the parking space for cars! really nice advantage. The old town of Kotor is definately 3 minutes WALKING from the apartment front door. Its very closer and nice to stay for a walk and enjoy the old town. I definately recomend this place for all travelers. The apartment is fantastic and our hostes was also incredible. HINT: If you are travelling without GPRS data for mobile phones, take advantage of the Shopping center free internet in front of the apartment and call our hostes and she will meet you!

Great location!

This is a spacious apartment that was more than enough space and was well worth the price. The balcony overlooks the Old Town City Walls and such a beautiful Mountain View’s.

Everything was perfect. Polite staff, exceptional location, confortable rooms and very good value for the price we payed.

The property is not where it claims to be on booking.com. The booking.com shows the apartment inside the city walls and our booking confirmation does too with a GPS location of N 042° 25.557, E 18° 46.263 (inside the city walls and next to the Church of St. Nicholas). When we arrived at that GPS location the host messaged us with an entirely different GPS location outside the city walls (opposite the Kamelija shopping mall facing a parking lot and school). We selected this property because we wanted to be inside the city walls and in the old town, so finding that the property is not where it is listed was a disappointment.

The apartment is big and clean, with a great view on the mountains of Kotor. Additionally, the hosts are very friendly and always available. They even cleaned they renewed the sheets and towels for us, did our laundry and the dishes as a surprise. On top of that, there is a private parking place and the airconditioning works very well.

There are no doors between the 2 bedrooms, so it is one space. I would personally place doors over there. Also the ceiling is low in the bedrooms, but it’s manageable. the pans are not all in good condition.

Biljana was amazing! she was so kind and helpful and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. she made our stay! the view was spectacular and the location great. I would 100% stay again.

WE got a room with two different levels and a balcony. The balcony has a few little chairs with a beautiful view of the castle and old town.

Great location just across the river from old town and Park Slobode. Full view of the fortress above Kotor old town. Large kitchen. Nice living room and balcony. Parking available on the little, quite hidden street between the house and the channel. Regulated by lifting 5 liter water bottles on and off parking spaces that are booked (this method seems to be popular in Kotor). Lot's of m2 for the money. Enough storage space. Fast communication directly with the owner via WhatsApp. Stores next door. Yes, the ceilings are low on the upper floor. However, we did not mind. For a holiday home the bedrooms are good enough.

Replace the living room carpet - it's hard to clean properly and full of hair. Same goes for the sofa cover. Washing machine was broken, but the owner directed us to another machine on the property. Internet could be better - no wifi signal in the kitchen. For a longer stay it would be nice to have a vacuum cleaner available. No dishwasher. There is some space on the upper floor, maybe for a desk and a chair (for all those digital nomads who are looking for a place to work from).

Our experience with JP apartment was great! We had a very warm welcome from grandma Ana:) our apartment was on the 3rd floor, a duplex. Ceiling was low upstairs but that wasn’t a problem for us at all (even though my boyfriend is 190cm tall). Everything was super clean which was very important for us, especially bed sheets and towels. Next time we are visiting Kotor we will definitely choose this place to stay ! Btw location is in the city centar, you couldn’t be more closer to the Old town then this. Thank you :)

Need more kitchen accessories

The location is just a few steps from Kamelija shopping centre and Voli supermarket. There is a place for parking. The apartment is located on the third floor, so consider this taking your baggage up. Looks really cozy and nice. The owners are cute and always welcome to help
