Amazing location, right in the centre of the old town. The check in was so easy - Jelena even sent her mum to meet me so I could find the property easily! The apartment was beautiful, clean, had everything I needed, and the bed was the most comfortable I think I've ever slept in.

The view was literally the stone wall of the building opposite (I was in apartment 2). It didn't bother me as I didn't come to look out of the window but if you want a view then ask for a different apartment in the building.

The AC worked. The house looks nice from the outside.

The host realized that they could even charge for the attic if they just put a bed in it and that is exactly what they did. The bathroom is missing a window, they just removed it because it was in the way of the shower, so you hear everything as loud as down on the street, closing the bathroom door is useless, because it's just that shabby. The shower is leaking because only parts of the glass frame exist and because of the sloping roof the average height of the bathroom is around 1,50m. The kitchen and half the bedroom has weird stains on the wall, there are open wires sticking out next to the light-switches and even the door to the room is bent so hard you it does not prevent any noise from the floor. These are SOME of the faults. If you can't find anything else in Kotor, safe the money and sleep in your car.

The tv wasn't working. The kettle was dangerous. No microwave.

the place is in the middle of old town and the room is new decorated. the bed is really big and clean. there is kitchen in the room.

we had to wait for half hour for check-in because the keys are not in the office we are invited. because the place is in the middle of old town, there is always noice from streets even in 5 am or 2 am. the room is in the 3rd floor, it you don't like steps, don't prefer this room.

The location and the apartment are just unbelievable!

The location was excellent for getting anywhere. Jelena was an outstanding host arranging taxis, offering advice, and addressing questions we had about the flat. She made our experience one to remember. She is a great asset to this company.

The TV didn't work when we arrived. The kitchen could have used a cover for the frying pan but otherwise the place was great.

Amazing and charming location in the heart of the old town. Also despite concerns raised by people about noise (which the town has plenty of), this place is superbly situated to avoid 99% of the noise. For example there was a full blown concert a one minute walk away and you could hardly hear it. This place is quiet! I mean it was a full blown concert with stage and everything.

It’s typical of many places in any old town, the buildings face narrow passages so there isn’t really a view. But that’s what you get in medieval centers so it’s fine.

I was here 6th times. Apartman managing is new, clearence and apartman equipment was better in earlier times, but I hope so it will better from time to time.

Great location, very nice room. Spacious and clean.

Communication with the host was unacceptable and almost ruined our visit. Starting the day before we tried to contact the host to coordinate access to the room. Instructions say to go to the photo shop, but it was closed. All day.  we sent four messages. We then started calling the number provided but we got a message that the phone was turned off. We arrived to Kotor with no idea how to get to our room or get in our room. Or where to park our car. After becoming increasingly frustrated, we eventually just started pounding on the door at the photo shop in hope that someone might be in the back. fortunately a worker from a neighboring shop heard us and came by to help. He called around and got a hold of the owners, and eventually we were given a key and taken to the room.  but we had a very frustrating and stressful couple of hours and lost precious time in Kotor. We only had one night and the next morning. Fortunately, the town is so special and spectacular that we did eventually really enjoy our time there.  in the end, it doesn’t matter how nice the place is if it causes this much stress and frustration and lost time.

Wifi was cut off early morning on the day of departure and it was tough for us to communicate to arrange a taxi and inform about our arrival in Kuwait.

Huge room with additional shared courtyard

Wasn’t the room we ordered - Room we ordered was in a quieter area, this one backed onto a church that had bells ringing all the time. For all the room itself was lovely, it was behind an uninviting graffitied door with a dark, cold, mould smelling uninviting staircase up to the room. We were told on arrival we had been upgraded as the previous guest of the other one had brought insects in and it had to be cleaned. This booking had that we paid direct to hotel when we got there. We had to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive to take us to the room and were also told by her ‘Cash only’ so I had to go out looking for an atm . I paid in cash then the next day my credit card was also charged by the company! No responses throughout booking were given via booking.com’s messaging facility even though they had told me via this my card had been debited. I had to contact the girl who took the cash direct and she was supposed to leave the cash in our room on the second day while we were out. The first day she had family business so we accepted this and said 2nd day would be ok. It wasn’t left. Then she advised she would drop It in on that evening while showing other guests to the room next door. As we were leaving the next day we advised her that we would wait in for her to bring it. We did eventually get the cash back but it did make us feel uneasy about the whole booking and did spoilt it a little for us.

Good location in the middle of the old town.

They have bed bugs. I was bitten over 50 times leaving red itchy marks all over my body. Because of this I had to check out early. I also had to disinfect my luggage and clothes so I didn't spread it to the next place I stayed.

The apartment is in the center of the old town, it’s very nice apartment. Very close to restaurants, shops, cafe and bakery. just 9 minutes walk from centra bus station.

The people above the apartment were very noisy, we could hear their footsteps all night long. Since it’s close to the alley, we could hear all the noises outside. It’s lacking some essential basic things like kitchen towels, dish rack and only one hand towel, bath soap not provided in the bathroom.There’s no rug provided in the bathroom after shower, water splashing all over the floor. There’s also a buzzing sound every 5 minutes and couldn’t figure it out where coming from.

fantastic location right in the heart of the Kotor old town, near everything! very beautiful as well ans spacious.

it’s an old medieval building so soundproofing wasn’t great and you can hear the church bells ring all day (they stop after 9pm), and the music from restaurants going until midnight. it didn’t bother me too much but bring earplug if sensitive.

Central location in the old city, without much noise. Newly renovated.

The appartments are in different bulidings. The one (standand) was in a nice building but the "luxurious" was overpriced in an old, dark and humid buliding with much noise of the church's bell (of course this is not to blame the owner), which we wouldn't have chosen if we knew. We spend much time to receive our keys, we had to use our phones (not EU charge) to communicate with the owner contrary to what we had arranged using the Booking messages. There was no toilet paper in the WC, no soap, the WC basket had waste inside and generally we did not had the feeling of clearness. Payment only cash (we knew that though). For the old city of Kotor should be noted that everyone opens it's bar or restaurant wherever he wants and plays music however loud he prefers.

Location.

The bed had no mattress to speak of. Just 2 pieces of bad foam like for packing material. No lights by the bed. All bulbs missing. No outlet on kitchen counter. You need to put the water heater on the bed side table.

We didn't like anything.

We couldn't get in touch with the owner by phone, text message, email or through bookingcom, even though we had made a reservation the day before. We had to go to an expensive hotel.

Lacking some basic equipment. Tea towel for drying dishes and perhaps a saucepan.

Fantastic apartment, lovely little courtyard. It's a must see! Owners were great.
