Easy and quick check in. Rooms are clean, big windows that open and allow air flow. They also supplied us with a fan which was very helpful in the summer heat. Bathroom was good and bedding clean. Comfortable beds.
Windows look out on other apartments and hotels, so don’t expect a view of France.

The location is excellent.
They will ask you first to agree to block Euro 250 as insurance and this is not mentioned when you book through Booking.com.

The courtesy advanced by the Reception team especially on my first day. The demonstration of professionalism in handling of the queries and the speed of implementation of corrective actions.
Just a few things missing here and there. The door locking mechanism need to be to avoid the manual aspect after swiping the keys. The Reception area is small, I would suggest that the area be modified to provide ample sitting space for visitors.

We didnt get any breakfast. Árriving to the place was very complicated. No parking lot, so dont be scammed.
Even though it stated on booking.com that here is a parking lot, there was not any. We used 90 euros on parking for 2 days. The place is a scam.
Even though we booked a room with queen bed, we got one with two seperate beds.

*The room was very clean.
*The Wi-Fi worked without any issues.
*The bed was surprisingly comfortable for me (5'5", 55kg) (I used my own pillow, though).
*No traffic could be heard with the windows closed.
*The blinds worked great and allowed me to sleep in near darkness.
*The cooking appliances, fridge and silverware, while not perfect, were serviceable enough for a short stay.
The soundproofing wasn't the greatest. I had to ask to change room due to hearing noise from the AC from a neighboring building at night and in the morning. Luckily, the staff was very nice and obliged.
I was far less disturbed by the noise afterwards. It wasn't perfect, though, as I likely got woken up a couple of times due to people in other units moving chairs (I'm a light sleeper even though I use ear plugs). A simple and cheap fix would be to glue some felt underneath the chairs in all units.

This hotel is about location, right in the heart of Annemasse's commercial area. It's an appart hotel, so comes with a tiny kitchenet. Room was ok, kind of impersonal but good for a few nights. Underground parking at Chablais Park Parking. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants around. Street market on Tuesdays and Fridays on Place de la Liberation.
We felt breakfast was expensive, rather go to the bakery or coffee shops at hand in the streets.

The property is located in the city center. Excellent location. everything is nearby. The room is so spacious and clean. Best for family and group travel.

But , even thing are not perfect, I am pretend to retourn,,
Things are not 100% everytime for everyday ,we have to be understand the circumstances at this time …
I think next time willl be fine ..

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THE QUALITY OF THE SERVICES. I HAD NEVER USED THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IN FRANCE, WHERE YOU HAVE A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN INSIDE THE APPARTMENT. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS HIGHLY POSITIVE. WHEN I FOUND ONE DETAIL IN THE ROOM THAT WAS NOT WHAT I HAD EXPECTED (THE BED SHEETS HAD NOT BEEN WASHED PROPERLY), THE RECEPTIONIST QUICKLY FOUND ANOTHER ROOM FOR ME. IN BOTH ROOMS THE OVERALL CLEANING STANDARD WAS EXCELLENT. THE ROOMS WHERE SILENT, ALL THE TECHNOLOGICAL FEATURES WORKED PERFECTLY AND SEAMLESLY.
Not much that I didn't like.
