the room had n open screen window at the top of the main window in the bathroom. Cool air came in during the evening and made the room cool. The heater didn’t work.

They are sprucing up the hotel...rooms looking alot fresher. Restaurant and pool area as nice as ever. Outside looks like it has been repainted and lobby was welcoming with fresh flowers.

Parking lot needs help.

Where to begin the desk person didn't speak any English i booked two rooms he couldn't have put us any farther apart then he did after I got mad he finally found a room 4 rooms away made me go get my luggage out and bring key back before giving me the key to other room. I like the hotel but seems if they deal with alot of Americans and Canadians they would have someone that spoke or understood a little English i proud myself on respecting others and I tried my brother in law is old and needs help and I feel bad that I lost my cool also my other friends room had refrigerator why not all I was in my first room second room and my brother in law s room no refrigerator i guess I am asking alot traveler from Seattle stayed in 6 hotels only one without a refer. Ok thats enough

Great restaurant! Very friendly staff. Lobby and outside areas are very pretty.

Room was very disappointing. nothin like the photos online. Sink in room was clogged up, no electrical outlets to charge phone, pretty shabby. I booked a room with a Queen bed but was given a room with 2 double beds.
