Good facilities and although the room was small, it was spacious and comfortable enough.

Cleaning could be a bit better. Wanted to move one of the beds but had a lot of dust and old tissue underneath.

We stayed in a well appointed, super clean, modern self-contained 1 bedroom unit. Very quiet location, a few minutes walk to Lake Te Anau. Great facilities on-site, including state of the art private spa baths overlooking the lake!

Noting, all was great.

Complete facilities for a family and exceptional management prepared to assist with any request. The location was great being right in front of the lake and easy walking distance into town for food and shopping.

Nothing. Was all good except maybe the minor hassle of running around looking for coins for the laundry machines.

We arrived late to the accommodation and they sent me a message to tell me how to pick up my keys, until there everything was alright. I bought some food to cook when I arrive but I was surprised there wasn’t utensils to cook that I could hire them on reception but of course there wasn’t anybody, they couldn’t have let me know by message that if I wanted they could leave everything on my room and pay the next morning. When we arrived the door of our room was wide open, it was raining and freezing outside so of course the room was so cold and also was afraid that an animal could be inside.

Appartamento spazioso composto da due camere da letto (una privata e una open space) e dotato dei servizi essenziali, la struttura era pulita e ordinata. Ci sono diversi servizi a disposizione degli ospiti, tra cui la sauna e la hot tub (che va prenotata e pagata a parte), nonché un'area giochi per bambini al chiuso e all'aperto. Nel complesso, un buon motel in una zona piuttosto remota del Paese.

L'arredamento va bene ma il divano in pelle è datato e conciato un po' male, non rende l'ambiente accogliente. I letti sono un po' duri, soprattutto rispetto agli standard di tutti gli alberghi in cui siamo stati in Nuova Zelanda, dove i materassi sono molto morbidi. Le tende sono un po' troppo chiare per dormire, soprattutto perché quando un'auto si muove nel vialetto illumina parecchio anche l'intero della stanza, per cui suggerirei di aggiungere anche delle tende più scure.

Great location, only about 2 minutes from the town center.

Low cost. Our friends were nearby. Warm.

The oven in the kitchen was v poor. No utensils or things to use for dinner - only suits trampers/those with motorhomes. Saggy mattresses
