Nothing - it is as advertised. Decent, convenient and well managed accommodation at a reasonable price.

Really comfortable little studio with everything we needed. Microwave and crockery were very useful, as were the laundry facilities - 2 dollars for washing and 2 dollars for the dryer, plus an outdoor drying rack too. Parking right outside the apartment was also ideal, and we were within walking distance of town. We went on a day trip to Milford Sound with Trips & Tramps, who picked us up right outside the motel.

Location was great just across from the park 10 mins slow walk into town, 10 minute slow walk to Lake. Really dark at night, slept like a log. Although, there was a small kitchenette, there was a kitchen ,also a BBQ available for guests to use.
Being very picky and the only tiny thing I could find was, hooks on the back of the bathroom door would have been useful.

Location was great. Excellent one night stop on trip to milford. Clean tidy rooms wrh a comfortable bed.
No hot water for 2nd person shower at 10.30. but this was To be sorted out the nxt day. .

This was a great place to stay for the night after our Milford sound adventure. It was within walking distance of restaurants in town. It was clean and quiet, something we really value. It had everything we needed.
no fault of the motel, but the style of having a glass sliding door as the front of the room is odd for me. I felt a little exposed. The curtains gave us privacy but made it darker inside. I have notice that other motels in New Zealand have the same feature.
