advertised as having meals and breakfast to the room. They don't supply meals or breakfast to the room. It was raining and I had to go out in the rain for a smoke. There was no cover over the smokers area. Beds didn't have blankets on them until we found them in a drawer. Internet kept dropping out.

Very quiet and overall pleasant motel. Friendly staff, adequate facilities.

Bed and pillows could have been more comfortable.

Being on the way road didn’t hear the traffic

1 queen bed and 2 single beds squeezed next to each other way too close couldn’t open cupboard without pushing the 3 beds over Shower leaked over the bathroom floor and out into bedroom

Facilities in the accommodation were clean and spacious.

Reception desk was frequently closed. This made it difficult to obtain information and ask for missing items from our room.

Naomi was an amazing manager and super accomodating! The location was great being within walking distance to the Mackay Base Hospital, the Botanical Gardens, a local gym and an IGA (also many electric scooters around this area to use). The room was regularly cleaned and very comfortable. A great choice for anyone working at the hospital or in the local area.
