This property is well situated to Randwick shops and restaurants as well as being close to the tram stops and multiple bus routes. The staff were professional and friendly. The room itself was small, but well appointed to meet my needs.

A minor dislike could be that sounds from adjoining rooms and hallway could be heard - but not causing loss of sleep.

The building itself is a gorgeous old guesthouse - beautifully cared for - neat and tidy. Our room was clean and comfortable - a short walk to a tram stop to get you around Sydney.

Great location within walking distance to the tram and bus and there is a shopping area nearby.

The cleaning wasn’t thorough (dust buildup at the back of the fridge and on top of TV). TV remote’s battery is flat and wasn’t replaced.

Our flight landed at 7am and we were able to check in early, which was fantastic! Rooms were super clean, a lovely comfortable bed. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room with a mini fridge which was handy. Kitchen facilities were also available on the lower floor but we didn’t not avail of them.

The doors were thin so you could hear a lot of noise in the corridor from other guests and doors closing
