The staff are truly wonderful, so warm and helpful. The tours they arrange are fantastic and the guides very knowledgeable. The restaurant serves delicious food and the included breakfast is really good and varied. The perfect base for Munnar exploring!

This was overall a very good stay in a large room with a balcony facing the pretty valley just as promised in the description of the hotel. The location was for us perfect as the busy and noisy town was an easy and fun bus ride away with the bus stop just next door . In addition, walking distance to the evening cultural performance as well as to a sunset viewing point.

We stayed two nights and had two breakfasts. First morning it was almost bedlam with way too many people trying to eat on the same time. The breakfast started at 8 but many treks started at 8.30 so a much earlier opening of the breakfast room would be highly desirable. We were allowed to come at 7.45 but nothing was ready then so it didn't help really. Second morning only a handful of people having breakfast so much nicer and calmer.

Stunning view from room. Amazing host Manoj, always on hand and going above and beyond to ensure things went smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble.

It was pretty much perfect, but if I were to be picky, I'd say a kettle in the room and some channels on the tv would improve the room.

The balcony view is amazing! We also checked the restaurant menu from neighbouring hotels and green valley Vista provides more food options. the staff was very accommodating and helped us book day tours. The traditional kathakali place is just beside the hotel so we didn't need to worry to get a taxi or anything.

We booked this place because it is connected to Munnar Info tour company and we wanted booking day trips to be as easy as possible, and this was absolutely the right decision! If you are overwhelmed by all the options in Munnar and don’t know how to decide where to stay in relation to day trips and other activities, just stay here and let the front desk employee take care of the rest! We could book day trips the evening before and they all left from our front door (and the guides/trips were all fantastic!)! The hotel itself is great! Beautiful balconies overlooking the valley, floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable beds… all as or better than expected! The restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced; since it is difficult to walk around due to the narrow roads and fast cars, we ended up eating dinner here every night and everything was great! The included breakfast was also delicious and offered a good number of buffet options! The hotel is right around the corner from an auto stand so it‘s always easy to grab a ride somewhere if you need one, and there are also a couple snack shops there as well. A great sunset viewpoint is only a couple-minute auto ride up the hill.

- The front desk wasn’t always staffed, so there were a few times we had to come back a bit later to get assistance, but we were also there right before Christmas so they may not have anticipated how booked they would be and it may not usually be like this. It wasn’t a huge deal to us but a slight inconvenience. - It would be nice if the breakfast buffet was available for longer. It was only open from 8–9:30 am while we were there, which didn’t work great for some of the earlier day trips or if you want to relax and sleep in.

The staff was good and FOOD WAS MARVELOUS.. They help with sight seeing jeep/cab bookings also .

Room service could be improved further. They might have shortage of staff however, they supported in all kind.

Beautiful view to the mountainside from our room. The staff was very friendly and tried to help with any inconvenience. Quiet nights! Breakfast was good and also dinner was really tasty. It is a little outside of Munnar Town, which we really liked. We can really recommend the hiking tour from their organisation.

The room was clean and spacious, the view from the big windows and the balcony into the valley was great. Staff was very friendly and accomodating and organised great trek around the area.

Not Good Services..No Hotwater for shower and when we ask hotwater for drinking you have to pay for it and even the kettle supposedly available inside the room even for this you have to pay for it like a rent. and the Manager is not accomodating and helpful. During breakfast when we asked how much the price of the food he said 120 rupees only but when the time i have to pay he asked almost 700 rupees..he asked more triple from actual amount he told me before ordering and when i question him about the increased he argued too much and he became rude in his response. He is not honest in dealing customer about giving prices and the room services.
