A Localização é bem próxima ao aeroporto, tem um espaço externo bem amplo. Um bar super legal com colaboradores bem agradáveis.

O meu chuveiro simplesmente não funcionava, frio. As instalações são antigas.

Le site est agréable. L'emplacement à côté de l'aéroport est pratique. La chambre est grande et confortable.

Arrivés à 21h, il a été impossible de manger, ne serait-ce qu'un sandwich, bien qu'on nous ait dit à l'accueil que le restaurant était ouvert jusqu'à 22h30. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas servi avant 6h30, heure à laquelle nous avons quitté l'hôtel pour aller à l'aéroport. Bien que compris dans le prix de la chambre, aucune solution de remplacement n'a été proposée, aucun geste commercial pour compenser. Il n'y avait pas de papier toilette dans la chambre.

Personnel à l'accueil très sympathique. Proximité de l'aéroport.

Très mauvaise expérience au bar et au restaurant. Longue attente pour être servi au bar. Au moment de passer commande pour le repas, on nous dit que les cuisines sont fermées alors qu'il y a des clients dans le restaurant. Nous négocions sans succès un repas froid avec le superviseur de l'hôtel. Nous restons encore un bon moment au bar, des plats chauds sont ensuite servi aux autres clients. On s'est donc moqué de nous et cela est d'autant plus agaçant vu le prix de la chambre. Nous avons donc accepté la situation mais nous sommes promis de donner notre avis sur booking!

The lobby area and restaurant/bar space are nice.

I was disappointed that I asked ahead of my stay for a vegan option for breakfast, but it came as a surprise for the poor young man who was preparing the breakfast for guests. He did his best and was able to get a couple of items for me - but it did not feel like value for money at all. There were also wifi issues during my stay. From arrival Wifi didn't reach my room at all so I had to use the lobby and restaurant areas. But on the second day wifi was completely down for me and strangely was working for some users and not others. It was quite an inconvenience but also a costly one as I had planned to order an uber to the airport having ran v. low on physical cash. Instead, I asked front desk to order me a taxi and was quoted a price, but in reality it was $10 more than they said - which seems to be the standard price - so I'm not sure where front desk got their number from. The floor in my room also made my white socks filthy, so I took to wearing my shoes.

Location

Hotel was a good choice for a brief transit stay, the premises are aged and there was no front desk in the morning for check out. Jermaine who checked us in was very helpful and arranged an early breakfast for us.

Checking in was hassle free, and the staff was courteous. The room was clean and comfortable, and the property was quiet and calming. Eating by the marina was lovely, and the view of the city across the Harbour made it all that better.
