Excellent little getaway at Montville. A beautiful little spot, very private with great facilities in the room. Loved the fireplace and spa. Spoilt for choice with breakfast options. Very peaceful for a needed getaway.
Bed was comfortable, but a little too firm.

The view, location and the furnishing/fit out of the room - it had everything you could possibly need! The breakfast basket was on point as well.

Ingredients for cooking breakfast were generous and I was able to make a delicious breakfast both mornings! Laying in the sunken bath watching treetops swaying in the breeze was a relaxation highlight! Beautiful sunrise over the ocean in the distance and sunset light hitting the mountain range on the horizon each evening. The colour in the sky and the sounds of cicadas in the trees was a treat for the senses!
Eggs from Caged Chickens prefer Free-Range. Loud music playing both nights! Maybe from a near-by venue!?

Everything you need is a walk away, the view is incredible and the staff were amazing! Beautiful place to stay and a gorgeous little town everyone is so nice 💕
Water pressure is low due to being on tank water I assume so took a while to fill spa to just above jets so we could use it...maybe a straight spa would have been better in that situation? However such a small thing and we didnt use it again after that once.

This was our first time away from the kids in 13 years and it was the perfect place for feeling private, special and free. The spa overlooking the forest and view was a beautiful luxury and we loved the design of the cabin.

Spa bath keys required a clean!? No big deal but it was sort of gross and needed to be run for a little bit and drained out! But otherwise fine
