We were asked to sign a liability document in case of death. We soon discovered that the stairs, terrace and swimming pool are extremely dangerous. I would not recommend this place to families.

It was a very quiet place, the swimming pool has a beautiful view and the owner is really attentive.

They did not put shampoo 😐 and they did not have the restaurant opened by then.

10 minutes walk to the public beach which is one of the most beautiful beaches in DR. Rooms very clean, front desk very friendly. The view of the city from the rooftop is beautiful.

they need to add carpet to the room, specially at the bathroom because the wet floor is a risk when you are getting out of the shower. same as the principal door, they need to add carpet to clean up the shoes.

I loved the staff, the front desk guy was very kind and the housekeeper Maria, was really nice and Smalling. the room was very clean and tidy which I loved. the breakfast was okey. The pool area is really beautiful and peaceful and it has a nice view.

The Check in was supposed to be at 1:00 pm , but I had to wait till 1:20 because the room was no ready. The bedroom and bathroom were quite small, not as big as in the picture. the building seemed to be insecure as I saw no watchman at night or during the day. I wanted to use the pool at night but I didn't feel secure at all. the air conditioning was no working properly. the bar by the pool was never open and seemed to be abandoned. There was no water to drink at the room.

Breakfast was very poor and choices were limited (only two options available over the complete 6 days stay). Bathroom was very small and while taking a shower half of the bathroom floor was getting flooded.

Everything worked well and there was almost no problems

Host was flexible with checkin/checkout. Parking seemed safe. The rooftop bar and pool were a great place to hang out and have a drink overlooking the town. The beds were comfortable and new and the whole place was clean.

As in many parts of the DR, we feel that people who don't like to travel with cash (or want to pay the outrageous ATM fees) are being taken advantage of when they need to pay with a credit card. Charging up to 18% extra for a credit card transaction with silly excuses is more than a nuisance. Also having to use cash for the security or key deposit is just not something foreign tourists look kindly on.

We loved the breakfast! The terrace was lovely to use, especially at night when you can watch the stars, you can even use the pool after dark. All of the staff was lovely, cery welcoming and acomodating.

It only had a soap bar and no shower gel (difficult to wash the hair after a day at the beach)

- Dispensers of drinkable water are made available for the guests in the whole structure, which was not the case in many hotels, so much appreciated. - The breakfast is very good and diversified every morning. Just consider that it is quite light so do not expect a big continental breakfast.

Location is good, it is easy to walk to the 'strip' of Bayahibe. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast was good ass well - scrambled egg with toast, fruit, coffee and juice. The room was nice and clean.

Perfect location at a good value. Close to the beach and restaurants. Hotel is clean and they have a nice terrace.

No water coming out from the sink. Shower is too small and water splash everywhere on the floor.

Ryan, one of the owners, is a fantastic host. We arrived early and he kept our bags. When we returned he had placed our drinks in the fridge, my phone was charging and the room was cool. The staff is friendly and accommodating as well.

Breakfast was ok but it lack the Dominican touch. It aims to please Northamericans. I’m Latina. I expected mangu with cheese and salami. The terrace where breakfast is served has great views of the fishermen’s village, Bayahive. It was great!

I love the view we had in that beautiful terrace. They always played music and made our time very enjoyable. Staff was always kind and friendly. Our stay was really, really pleasant. Because of the people working there and because it was a very cozy place. Besides, it had an excellent location. Highly recommended 💜
