Fantastic helpful cheerful staff, gorgeous compound and gardens, pool cleverly designed to offer sun and shade with emerald rice views, cooling breeze, sunsets that linger. Nice villa with unfortunately a hard uncomfortable bed. Great private star-gazing deck. Not too many rooster calls and no dogs packs nearby. Hoping for better luck with neighbours next time. Only a few nights I really missed having AC.

As a regular visitor to the island it broke my heart to have the misfortune of chronically loud neighbours behind my villa 2 short metres away- young digital nomads talking at all hours on the open porch and using the pool area as an office, entertaining late into the night regularly. There's no staff around after 4PM and security starts after 7pm. Without a clear and specific noise policy in place in the villa handbook, and enforced about quiet time so others can sleep or relax in peace, and without clear guidelines for the obnoxious and sadly increasing zoom work call trend, guests careless about disturbing other guests like my neighbours, and other guests pacing the pool deck talking loudly on cell phones, oblivious to those trying to have a peaceful swim, this lovely special place with open walls and 5 very close proximity villas will be vulnerable, and ruined stays like mine will continue. Perhaps a bubbling water feature between all villas might help, along with specific noise guidelines. It would have otherwise been a perfectly harmonious stay in an extraordinarily beautiful compound with the other wonderful international neighbours.

The views of the rice paddies is exceptional. And it is a great pool with great views. Very comfortable.

You need to have transport as it is out of town and the traffic can be bad. A motor bike would be best. We struggled looking for transport each day.

The breakfast is so delicious. The bathroom was okay too. And lastly the rice field view is so relaxing.

The bed, especially the pillow is super uncomfortable. When I get up, I feel pain in my shoulder. Because the villa is near the rice field, there is so much insects there. At night, there's also giant gecko in our room. In the morning, when I wake up, I found small frog between the wood window upon my bed. If you arrive at night, there's no staff can help you, you have to do all things alone. Late at night, there's only 1 security who didn't understand about the villa. Anyway there's no air conditioner in this villa. The price is too high for a place like that. We even get cheaper villa on the other day with a superb facilities.

The property had a good view facing the rice field and all in built facilities as desired were available . Excellent freshly made breakfast was served . The Pool was a sharing one however when we used no one else was there in the pool so it was a private one in that sense (property has 6 villas in its area ). With 2 bedrooms and a huge hall and kitchen the space was sufficient and not congested

The location is deep inside so if you are really into nature only then this would be recommended for you . Being in the midst of fields there are lots of insects which you might have to deal with - grasshopper , frog ants mosquitos , lizards etc . There is a net shield provided surrounding the bed but handling and setting it up every night could be cumbersome I would recommend the property to look into this issue ( may be a net shield across could help ) So this property would be recommended to true nature lovers
