שהארוחת בוקר לא כלולה במחיר , ושקיבלנו שני חדרים לא צמודים כי זה טיול משפחתי הייתי עם שני ילדים בני 12 ,14 אז לא מתאים שנהיה בחדרים לא צמודים .

The room was small, leaving little space to move around, and the elevator was out of order during our entire stay, making it extremely inconvenient to access our first floor.

Top Lage, am Ende von la Rambla. Vis a vis eine Taxistation und der Flughafenbus, der alle 15min. fährt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Unglaublich bequemes, weiches Bett. Und grandios isoliertes Zimmer - man hört nichts von draussen. Würde das Hotel sofort wieder buchen

Das Frühstück ist mit 20€ pro Erwachsenem und 10€ für ein 3-jähriges Kind zu teuer. Ich habe deshalb am Ende des Blocks in einem super Cafe gefrühstückt. Die Toilette im Restaurant war nicht sauber. So auch die Menukarte im Zimmer (Brotkrümel drin) Ansonsten alles top!

Very clean and the location was great.

The suite was supper comfortable.

The location in Barcelona and quality of the room was excellent. Many great restaurants within a close proximity. Very convenient to subway stations. The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful.

The breakfast food was mediocre but the breakfast staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. Room patio was very noisy with construction nearby and chaotic pool on other side of the wall.

Das Superior Zimmer mit Einzelbett liegt im ersten Stock genau neben dem Pool. Von diesem mit einem ca 2,5 m hohem Holzzaun umgeben. Man wird nicht gesehen, man sieht auch auch nichts (!). Durch den Pool ist es u. U. entsprechend laut und unruhig. Die Superior mit Terrasse und Ausblick liegen im siebten Stock, haben aber Twin Betten. Auf jeden Fall beachten. Das Frühstück sah nicht vielversprechend aus von Auswahl und Menge her. Wir haben darauf verzichtet. Können also nur das Aussehen und die Auswahl bewerten.

When we arrived there was a plate of cut fruits, juice for the child and iced sparkling wine waiting for us. The location was excellent, was near center and also there were bus and metro stations nearby. It was very close to Aerobus station which is a convenient way to travel from and to airport. The breakfast was diverse and also there was food for little children. My son loved it. The room was clean and there were toiletries like tooth brushes, toothpaste and a comb.

We have a 4 year old child so we booked a Junior Suite room. It said that it had a large bed and a sofa but it had 2 single beds and a sofa. My son does not sleep alone so the plan was for him to sleep in the middle of the large bed. We united the single beds but they were not fixed so every night I had to take care that the child did not slip between the 2 beds. That part was awful.

The location is excellent, all sights, bars, restaurants and public transportation are within walking distance. Very friendly staff, i would recommend this hotel to others!

A personal preference what I missed. The bathroom needs a toilet brush otherwise everything was great!

La atención del personal de recepción superior a todo lo que e vivido hasta ahora de mis viajes. Un 11 !!!

Un poco ruidosos los pasillos…

-Tolle Lage in der Innenstadt. Nähe Plaza de Catalunya, La Rambla, Kathedrale von Barcelona. Auch der Hafen ist fußläufig in ca. 10-20 Minuten zu erreichen -100 Meter vom Hotel ist eine Metro Station, daher auch gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr -Wir hatten das Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon gebucht. Ein wirklich tolles Zimmer. Der Balkon ist schön geräumig und man hat einen super Blick über die Stadt! Das Zimmer, sowie das ganze Hotel ist in einwandfreiem Zustand und sehr sauber. -Das Frühstück im Hotel ist außergewöhnlich. Tolles Büffet, nicht überladen, sondern ausgewählte Produkte die unserem Empfinden nach höchste Qualität haben. -Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant, sowie im gesamten Hotel ist sehr schön. Gediegen, nicht hektisch. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht gehalten aber trotzdem einladend. Die Weihnachtsdekoration wurde sehr schön in die Hotelausstattung integriert. -> Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel mit freundlichen Personal, welches ich gerne zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt weiterempfehlen kann.

-Die Stufe zum Balkon des Zimmers ist etwas hoch und könnte etwas deutlicher gekennzeichnet sein.

Good location, clean room, nice breakfast

the first 2days were OK, but it was really bad treatment later. less professional attitude to re-propose alternative plan and operation. so I had to move to other place, but it was not reserved when we back to hotel. on top of this, at the alternative stayed place Catalonia Plaza Catalunya, we felt really badly. No hospitality. I understand it was not their fault, but as group, their collegue made big mistake so we went there. we did not do any falt and any mistake, just follow the instruction by hotels, but we blamed. Really pity and disgusting treatment. I couldn't talk with manager even though they made big mistake for reservation and even for the alternative proposal. really felt badly. need to re-educate the staff for hospitality. no smile, no word when we check out the later hotel Catalonia plaza catalunya.

Zentral gelegen, beste Verkehrsanbindung, schöne Zimmer, sehr freundliche Angestellte, gutes (aber nicht billiges) Frühstück, der Pool.

The hotel location was excellent, and staff customer service was exceptional. They were so helpful every time we had a question and went out of their way to find us the answer. Room was large and bed was super comfy. The room was reasonably quiet which was very important to us.

Not only is the location great, being in the heart of Barcelona, but the staff were very, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were stylish and clean. Breakfast was great too. Would definitely choose this hotel again if I were to visit Barcelona.

Nothing. Except that some may find the "balcony" surprisingly small if you're imagining something with chairs and could sit outside.

The staff were fantastic , so welcoming and helpful .The hotel is very modern , everything was immaculate and seemed brand new . The bedroom was very comfortable with lovely decor . Again the bathroom was beautifully appointed and appeared brand new . We loved the location which was only 10 mins walk to the wonderful La Rambla . Would definitely recommend
