We were more than satisfied with our accommodation at The Heritage River Motor Inn. My friend and I had a three night stay and we were surprised at the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was ideal as we travelled to Grafton by train. a five minute walk back to the train station was perfect. It was also within walking distance to Coles which we found helpful. We are planning on another visit and will definitely be staying at The Heritage River Motor Inn. We have no complaints at all

It was in a good location of where I needed to be. Clean and loved the bath tub.

Large room and comfortable bed. The room was clean and breakfast was generous in size and good value.

The lady at reception could have been a bit more cheerful.

I stay in a lot of country towns. The "accessible suite" often leaves much to be desired. Not this accessible suite. Plenty of space. Large bathroom. Very wide door. Proper shower. Proper disabled seat in the shower. Everything you would expect of an accessible suite in any major city.

The car parks were quite wide. But because One wasn't noted as the disabled park, I couldn't get access to both sides of my car to load up

A wonderful motel! Not your average accommodation, the rooms were nicely spaced out. The decore/furnishings were exceptional....even to the comfy lounge seat. The pool was lovely and relaxing after a day on the road, positioned among tropical vegetation.....it had that real tropical aura!

The room and bathroom were clean.

When you arrive after driving all day it’s nice to get a smile of welcome instead the lady at reception continued to look at her computer screen and ignore me and when eventually she did look at me no smile or welcome. She was accommodating just not welcoming Although the room and bathroom were clean the water glasses in wrappers in the fridge had dried bits of food stuck to the outside, we didn’t use them as a result but used the wine glasses.

The motel was exceptionally clean and comfortable .
