Check in was a breeze owner/receptionist was lovely. Room was tastefully decorated and updated but that’s where the good review ends unfortunately. Was placed in a downstairs room with the pool/gate area next to me which wouldn’t be an issue had the windows been double glazed or sound proof to any capacity which they weren’t. You could hear people all night walking past your front door clear as day as that also is not sound proof. Every toilet flush/shower can be heard from the rooms downstairs and makes for a pretty restless night if you’re a light sleeper. The internet was subpar most tv shows and movies buffer or just don’t work at all. Speeds max 6mbps which for Australian standards is pretty poor. Would use my phone if the whole of Grafton wasn’t a dead spot for phone service.

Close to the main shopping centre and CBD of Grafton. Clean comfortable rooms and parking right outside your room. Enjoyed our 2 night stay and would recommend!

It was very noisy in the morning it’s an older property so you hear showers and noisy utes at 6sm

Great service. Very welcoming and friendly. Rooms very clean. Will stay again when heading that way.
