Breakfast was GOOD and the location is spectacular, right next to main street, even got a small Italian restaurant in the alley.

The place has no elevators and trudging up to the third floor with our gear and luggage was a trek. Also, the free parking is not free, we paid 30EUR per night for 3 motorcycles, even though we didn't even take up space in the parking lot as it was full, and we had to park the bikes on non-designated spots.

Everything, the staff was very helpful despite differences in languages. Very professional and very willing to help. I would strongly recommend to anyone visiting this part of Poland.

Private parking, location basically next to main street in city, very clean bathroom - all this for great price - this is all we needed.

The beds were comfortable. A bottle of water was prepared in the room:) A kettle, cups, coffee/tea/sugar are available in the room. For breakfast, there were some options to choose from: dairy products, eggs, grilled pork (only one morning out of four:(, sausages, some vegetables; tasty ground coffee. The receptionists were trying to do their best: e.g. called a taxi, found the direction when they were asked for, etc.

The room wasn't cleaned on the first day. There were no fruits for breakfast (at least fruit salad could be served) No choice of cookies. What was really frustrating was that the stuff (except for one lady) were unable to speak English which means it is almost impossible to ask anything or get advice. It seems this is the problem of all Poland. It was rather dark in the room (if you are on business and have to work, it may cause a problem). NB There are steep stairs even to enter the hotel.

Second time here. Love the quiet rooms ( seriously even on NYE) Parking and breakfast. Location and easy check in.

Location was all right as the Hotel is located in the middle of Piotrkowska Street.

The hotel recpetion is on the 1st floor of the building so forget getting in if you are on a wheelchair or have some issue. Beware there is no elevator in the building so watch out for rooms at the upper floors. It was cold inside the room. The bathroom smelled of a poo mixed with a cheap spray man deodorant. There was NO HOT WATER in the shower in the morning. Breakfast was mediocre at best - scrambled eggs were cold.

Position is excellent as it is located on the main road, and it was silent and quiet despite there are many restaurants and pubs in the area.

I would recommend taking action for the smell in the corridors (onion or similar) and paying more attention to cleaning the room moquettes as mine was stained. Breakfast was basic and may be worth adding some fruit. Besides those, it was a nice stay.

The staff were excellent esp. The night staff lady. Nice rooms and good breakfast. Great location. We were leaving before breakfast, so they packed us a lunch box.
