Beautiful scenery, amazing pool and very friendly and responsive host

Very peaceful and lovely surroundings. It’s location is excellent - central to a lot of places to visit Apartment was cost Well stocked comfortable and clean with a traditional Tuscan feel. Pool was decent. Francesca ( the hostess) is a treasure.

The Wi-Fi wasn’t great ( even outside) (this mainly was a problem for my teenage daughters)

lovely place and will definitely recommend as it’s perfect to turn off from the world and just enjoy the views.

Francesca kindly and perfectly solved every problem what we had. Helped to find good restaurants and other activities (horse riding, wine tasting).

The bathroom facilities did not work very well.

The place with the old farmhouses in the middle of winefields and beautiful views of the valley was wonderful! We had such a lovely time here, everything was as we expected: clean, quiet, cozy, had everything what we needed to prepare dinner and breakfast. Francesca was really warm and friendly and always helpful.

Appartment is small but all we needed. Dishwasher broke but they were very good with fixing it.

The house is beautiful and in a gorgeous setting. The facilities are great and we will certainly stay here again if we come back to the Tuscany region. Most extraordinary though is Francesca who is managing the property. It is rare to meet someone that is not the owner, but managing a property with so much dedication. She is always at the other end of the phone or what’s app for anything and everything her guests might need and has great tips for the area. Service with a smile at all times. Bravo Francesca we could have not asked for more or a better welcome to Italy! Thanks a lot!

There are different appartments offerd and we got the bigger one on top of the site which offers 1x2 and 3x1 beds with a nice kitchen/living room with direct access to the garden and a BBQ. There a sun beds and table/chairs outside and overall it is a really nice setup. There is no big traffic on the nearby parking lot and I never felt disturbed like from the tennis court. The pool is a big and deep enough to have some fun and good enough for a kind of swim. Our contact Francesca was very helpful and a loevly person who also helped us with tipps and a table reservation.

Not much to complain about. Other guests may complain about the location of the office with daily (except Tuesday) presence between 17:30 and 18:30 and other guest strolling nearby their terrace. I think that can be disturbing if you are a highly sensitive person. About the pool: The access is not well done - One side is short but step and a dirty/gravel path, the other one is longer and a bit better but overall not happy how it is done.
