Location, view, layout, service, everything. A great week spent here, such a delight to wake up to that view each morning.

Facilities excellent and super clean. Perfect for our family catch up on KI. Great location to everything including Lavender Farm nearby. Quality of furniture and comforts superb for a holiday home with every appointment including extra kitchen items and cooking condiments if required. Highly recommended for a get away on KI😎

Great views. Very nice place to stay. It was great to have tea /coffee and a few extra condiments that you don’t often get these days in holiday homes.

Access to the property was easy and hosts were fantastic with communications. Property was really clean and everything catered for. The view is amazing, such a relaxing and really comfortable stay. Close to the beach and Jetty which also made it great for fishing. Property had plenty of room for our group Loved the architecture of the property so beautifully designed, lovely sunshine light coming through the top windows in the morning. The location is right in the middle of the Island making it easy to travel to different attractions.

Stunning view and location. Kitchen was well equipped. Quiet location away from everything! Nearest shops were Kingscote an easy 15min away.

the property was large and very clean. it had everything we needed to be able to relax on holiday but also do our own cooking.

shops and restaurants were further away than I expected but I didn’t look at this before booking the property.

The location with view was fantastic! The amenities were brilliant, it was very clean! Highly recommend, if we ever come back to KI we’ll definitely stay here again.

The location of this property was perfect only 10mins to Kingscote shops and a great central base to see all the sight seeing attractions. The house was perfect for a family and a lovely outside deck overlooking Emu Bay. Even got to see penguins down under the jetty.

That view from the living area was amazing! The house was immaculate and had everything we needed with all the pots/utensils etc you would need in the kitchen. Art met us to check in and showed us how things worked.

As listed, there is no internet/wifi and Vodafone gets no reception on the island and Optus none in Emu Bay.
