The room is quite big and able to fit extra bed.

This is one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed.The response of staff was very slow. Nobody helped to carry the bag from the time I arrived at reception. My family and I need to move rooms due to AC malfunction after complained several times with a very slow response. Nobody is helping to move the bag when moving rooms. The room literally smells like cigarettes even though I ordered the non-smoking one. The reception staff has very limited English.

Bathroom smells always

Breakfast was good, big and clean bed.

Room stinking from bathroom, many points like WiFi only cleared after several phone calls. Repair of safe after 1,5 days only with 3 phone calls, lid of WC not repaired. Booking promised view over city, but big steel construction in front of window, see picture. Seat of chair white from somebody´s sweat. Temperature of water in shower could not be changed. Window did not close neatly so much noise from traffic.

fitness and spa responsible behaves very disrespectful to the hotel customers. further more fitness are is ver very bad
