The Location was awesome. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back.

I didn't like the fact that I had to go outside the building to throw out the trash when it was full.

The owner need to buy new furniture for the place the living room table need to change and the bed in the master bedroom need to change and the tub in the master bathroom need to change

Like the centrality of the location. The apartment is very clean. The building seems safe as well. Would recommend this apartment for anyone who want a short stay in Kingston. The owner was very accommodating when my flight was cancelled and pushed back.

The patio door does not close anf needs attention. Dangerous if you have small children. Everything else is great.
