All was great breakfast great staff and very comfy bed!!!

Linen was clean, room was big, ideal being part of a pub.

Bathroom could do with a spruce up, we had to wait a while for staff so we could check in.

I always like staying here. Cosy, comfortable, clean and the staff friendly.

The room was quite hot initially, but we opened the window & turned the radiators down. Couldn't get the shower to work properly.

it’s old not insulated was -8 outside inside probably 12 Ish ran out of hot water half way through shower floor creaking like made people upstairs walking around and can hear what they was doing

one of our favorite places to stay. always clean and comfortable, enough space for our family of four. Easy walk to the train station and only 40 minutes into London.

The staff was the best staff we have come across over the years .

They need to put builders guest in different part of building has we waking up by noise

Lovely room, cosy and warm

The staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was clean, very quiet location and convenient to Hook railway station by a 5 minute walk and overall good value for money and we would stay again.

I would have given 10/10 but the lack of choice at breakfast particularly with only fried eggs being available let it down slightly, hence my 9/10…….scrambled, boiled, poached eggs are not difficult to do but sadly they are not available when we asked for scrambled eggs.

Check in welcoming, my room was spacious with a comfy bed, I had a lovely breakfast. On the whole a very nice stay. Recommended.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was modern and clean.

The room was incredibly cold during the day. There wasn’t any lift or disable access. Finding the hotel was tricky. The bathroom was a little tatty.
