Room was very clean and comfortable. Ideal location for accessing M5. Good place for a stopover break enroute to Cornwall. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. The staff are all so friendly and accomadating a special mention to Tracy who is the nicest lady ever she really went out of her way to make our stay special. I celebrated my Birthday while we were there and we had my elderly parents who were looked after 100% by Tracy an asset to the hotel.

Nothing our stay was amazing.

location was good, for Budleigh Salterton,Exeter,Bicton.big free car park, on a main Rd but very quiet inside. bus stop outside to Exeter and Exmouth. Breakfast was exceptional, fabulous choice.We dined in one evening,average £16, for one course , very good portions. Room was comfortable,usual facilities.I personally found pillows too hard. (Just a little niggle). Nice to have room made up when out.

no granola or cereals available on Bank hol Monday. WiFi connection although free was not the best.

Tidy, clean, comfortable room, very good food and outstanding service. Also very good location.
