Staff very friendly. View from our apartment was amazing. It was spacious and bed very comfy Will be definitely back to stay.

Great location, close to shops, restaurants & jetty. Apartment was a good size & had doors & gates at top of stairs, which was a great help with our one year olds, so they didn’t fall down the stairs.

The noise from the top floors (the living area) was loud when in the bedrooms (second floor) Didn't like the shower curtains.

Beautiful property that was immaculate when we arrived. I asked a few questions in the lead up and the people on reception were so helpful and lovely.

The male at reception who greeted us was terrific. He allowed us to borrow some binoculars to spot whales from our balcony and also stocked us up with fresh milk. The property was clean and had all amenities needed for a pleasant stay. My partner forgot some clothing the next day and the reception staff immediately took them to the post office and sent them to us at our cost (honest price). It’s honesty that is valued and can make a stay even more valuable.

Some parts were a little tired, as was the spa casing. The room did have a slight smell to it of cleaning products (perhaps too much bleach).

Location noisy directly opposite Coffs Harbour train station noise from freight trains early hours of the morning and directly under the Air Traffic flight path

Convenient and attractive location, friendly atmosphere, clean and nice touch with the bottle of fresh milk rather than capsules. Blackout blinds/curtains were a real treat as nice and dark at night.

Absolutely everything, amazing views close to the beach and jetty. The family had a wonderful last minute getaway. Can't wait to come back for another getaway hopefully we stay a little longer next time.

I liked the location with convenience to restaurants and cafes and shops.

I thought they could have fixed the chipped cupboard in the bathroom. The mattress in the main bedroom was too soft for us so we didn't sleep well.
