Lovely staff at reception.

Staff are always lovely and accommodating here, rooms are clean and the location is good if you just want to stop for a night and you're not really worried about being near the beach.

The hotel is quite dated but i can see that they are making improvements slowly and have refreshed a few things since my last stay.

Room wasn't cleaned when I returned after a day out. I didn't have to put a sign up stating I wanted my room cleaned before when staying; & when I came back and it was cleaned. So not sure why it wasn't.

A little overpriced for this type of room. Shower water overflow into bathroom due to no screen and no grate at entrance. Had to use extra towels to mop up. Toilet roll holder came off due to missing screw, advised staff but cleaning g crew should have alerted management .

Large spacious rooms, comfortable bed and great location. Great for a 1 or 2 night stay.

Pillows were terrible. They need to be replaced. Ran out of hot water as well.

Comfortable bed. Everything we needed was there. Spotlessly clean. The room service dinner was excellent.

spacious room and comfortable bed. Sunday night and the restaurant was closed but Josh at reception was helpful in directing us to a pub close by with a good dining room.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel. The location was central and within walking distance to restaurants. Nice to have a spa bath.

The bed was hard and we could hear every movement from the above unit where someone was stomping around all night

It wasnt cleaned properly, there was an thousands of ants in our room, the shower hasnt been desogned very well and all but flooded the whole bathroom, there was no microwave which travelling with a 1.5 year old isnt great as there was no way to warm bottles and the kettle was absolutely disgusting so boiling water for new bottle wasnt an option as it had a burnt black bottom which then floated while boiled. Also there were no bowls? We had to eat cereal from a mug.

We didn’t have breakfast, just coffee. We did have dinner, the food was amazing! I love my salads and fresh fish catch of the day. I loved everything about this place so close to everything you need. The stadium was our main place to be everyday, to watch our son team compete. I would rebook in the same hotels next time, luckily our son found this place for us to stay.
