What a fabulous B&B! Everything was perfect! The room was big and beautiful, big windows overlooking a small park with a pond and fountain. Very comfortable furniture. A small fridge with complimentary wine and beer. Coffee and tea. Breakfast the following morning was delicious, so much choice. We had breakfast in our room but you can also have it downstairs in the garden. I have been traveling for 9 weeks in Europe and this was definitely my favourite accommodation. The town, well preserved fortress, is lovely and very interesting.

the lady was very welcoming and nice. we had amazing breakfast served to us, in our room. this is far better than any hotel. every amenities that you can think of, was there. Location was also perfect. free parking just next to the hotel.

The rooms are furnished with love and the breakfast is fantastic!
I can highly recommend to rent their little boot for a ride on the canals that surround the town. That was one of the absolute highlight during our stay for a long weekend.

Everything! The comfort of the bed, the beautiful balcony (even if we didn't get to use it because of the poor weather), the spacious bathroom with a great shower (and the very nice products provided), the fantastic breakfast (lots of choices every day), the calm, welcoming atmosphere, the charming decor, having the lovely village of Naarden at your doorstep to explore - but most of all? Erik and Saskia are the ultimate hosts - looking after your every need and making you feel like old friends!
Well ....... the charm of the upper apartment does come with very steep stairs with a narrow tread - but this is clearly noted in their information about the unit. Not a problem for us, but not suited for someone with mobility issues.

The friendliness of the hosts - the breakfast, freshly baked croissants, rolls, fresh fruit salad, yogurt, cheese, scrambled eggs - you name it - was brought to our cosy and clean apartment.We very much enjoyed our stay here - and we are certainly coming back

Ideal for cyclists - located at the Zuiderzeeroute for example. Great breakfast, beautiful balcony, nice owner!

Great breakfast. Room was spacious. Lots of extras, including the host picked us up from the local train station. Across the road is a place to hire bikes, which we used to get to Floriade. Also close to an excellent bottle shop, restaurants, wine bar, and traiteur. Naarden has a number of interesting museums to visit, as well as being a beautiful place. Room has a convection microwave which was great for heating meals from the traiteur - perfect for sitting out on the balcony with a glass of wine.

The room is located right near the Utrecht gate of this very interesting, historic town. Our room at the B&B was spacious, comfortable, super clean, had a super comfortable bed, and a great shower. Every detail was thought of. The breakfast was huge, delicious, fresh, and we had a great number of choices.

we love this place. spacious room, large windows, overlooking the town entrance to this lovely quaint fortified village/city. not too touristy; people actually live there. all the amenities you need. excellent breakfast. amazing host, who can also provide you with lunch or dinner. recommendable for a couple of days, if you don’t want to be in downtown Amsterdam.
it’s all good. the room might be a bit noisy because of traffic (we used our ear plugs, but the streets tends to quiet down during the night). no big deal.

Both before arriving and during my stay at Room One-Twenty-One I was TOTALLY satisfied with the quality of hospitality, the room itself and the nice wholesome breakfast. I hope to stay here again the next time I am in Naarden.
I am someone who can easily find fault. However, I have not even one suggestion for improvements as my stay at Room Room-One-Twenty was a totally satisfactory, pleasurable and met my needs as a foreign traveller.

all the positive reviews of other visitors are true and the room was even nicer than we anticipated. Saskia is truly a wonderful host, and her adorable dog Jacob is a bonus treat for cuddles. We stayed here after a dinner with friends and because we did not want to have to drive somewhere else, i wish we had more time to explore and stay another night, but this lovely place is surely on our list of 'planned returns'.
we should have stayed longer, it was lovely and i just did not like that i had only booked 1 night

Fabulous location, easy and free parking, super breakfast, very comfortable bed, Naarden-Vesting is an historic town with great restaurants, cute shops and we did a interesting and fun boat tour.

We spend a long weekend here. We liked every thing in this property. Nice decor, quality furniture , all you need in it, clean and perfect location. The service was fantastic and Saskia a very kind person. We felt welcome.
If any thing I would maybe replace the big living room table for a smaller one.

The place is perfectly located within the fairytale fortress. The room is modern yet it keeps this classical vibe. Amazingly equipped and really cozy. The price is what you can expect in the Netherlands, but what you get is so much compared with other experiences we’ve had. The landlady is super nice, and always available in case you need any information.
