Very big family house surrounded by trees and hidden in nature. it has been filled with a mixture of antique and comfortable furniture and it has amazingly beautiful details. super clean and you can find whatever you might need in your place. impressive home cooked breakfast for a very small price, and the most attentive and warm host. thank you Alba!

Sensational. The room extremely comfortable and clean. The breakfast has so much top quality choice, and food just kept coming, it was almost unbelievable. Without asking, I was given a sandwich to take with me for lunch. Didn't have a chance to have dinner, but no doubt it would have been just as amazing. Such a terrific treat for a pilgrim. Stay here if you can!!

The overall feel and design of the accommodation was fabulous, such great attention to detail for every part of our stay. The meals were incredible, as was the kindness and attention of the host, despite my not speaking Spanish.
For the price we paid, there is NOTHING we could possibly say! our favourite place on the Camino de Norte so far.

Beautifully renovated old building with spacious room. Very warm and friendly welcome. Owner cooked us an extensive and delicious home made dinner and breakfast and told a lot about the history of the surroundings. Fantastic place and would 10/10 recommend visiting.

Very hospitable hosts. There were free rooms so they provided us the room of higher category.
The home made breakfast is inimitable. A lot of really delicious dishes made from local products.
Had a funny experience while checking in as the host didn't speak English and we don't understand Spanish. :) But in the end everything went well.

There is a nice village with good restaurants at under a 5 minute drive.
I wish I could give the breakfast an 11 out of 10 - it was the second best hotel breakfast I have ever had (second only to Raffles) and at only 4 euro each amazing. Lovely hosts. Wouldn’t hesitate to return. 45 minutes from the ferry at Santander.

Wonderful, amazing place. Huge, beautiful rooms, breakfast was so big, that it was impossible for me to eat even half of it :). Lovely hosts. Really magic place.
