Great location, immaculately clean. Incredible views.

More clothes storage needed as no drawers so our clothes had to stay in our suitcases. Drawers could be placed under the vanity shelf. Replenishing of tea/coffee/milk would be a nice touch. But nonetheless it certainly didn’t spoil our stay and we’d definitely stay again.

The bathroom was small

We loved the calmeness of the area. The sea is wonderful and there are sun beds and umbrellas to use for free. the room was very clean, there was cleaning service every day. The other part of perdika is 5 minutes from there and has all the restaurants and a supermarket. There is a fridge and a boiler in the room and they borrowed us a plate and a knife to cut fruit and vegetables. There is air conditioning.

The room is not very well isolated, we were lucky that there were not a lot of people so it was very quiet, but if there are loud people staying in the building you can definitely hear them. The room is pretty small, but it wasn't a problem, but the bathroom is super small and not well constructed, the door should open outward and not inward the bathroom. The window is super small but there is air conditioning.

The amazing view on the sea and the possibility to enjoy the sun and water there. The owner was really nice and helpful.

The location was a major plus, great place to stay for its value, the manager and the cleaning lady were both very nice.

The room was a bit humid but I guess that's a given on an island.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying in Perdika Mare Guesthouse. The room was great, spotless clean. Everyone was very kind and friendly and make our holiday really special. The sea water was crystal clear and very lovely for swimming. There are plenty of restaurants only 5 minutes walking from Pederika Mare. We had a great time and will definitely back again in this wonderful place.

Wonderful location near the sea, equipped descent to the sea, cozy cafe in the hotel with breakfast, sun beds on the territory.

It is absolutely necessary to change the pillows, it is impossible to sleep! I was also annoyed by the noise from the neighbors' air conditioners, but this is the construction of the hotel, the building is quite old.

Lovely hotel right on the water. Great friendly and helpful staff. Perfect place to relax in a lounge chair with umbrella overlooking the sea and sunset. Has a cafe for drinks and breakfast. Nice swimming right in front of hotel. Short walk to all the fish restaurants ( we are all vegan and found plenty of dinner options) in the nearby port. Don't miss taking the small boat to the beach at the easy to get to nearby nature preserve island. Bring a snorkel. Room was basic but had AC and a fridge and patio. I'd recommend this place if you want a relaxing sea side place at a reasonable price. We took a taxi to and from the port.

Somewhat quaint owner

The place is perfect the room was great fpr a couple. The staff in general was super kind and helped a lot. Aris is a super kond guy you can ask him literary anything and he knows the answer.

The location is great, the views stunning, the swimming excellent and the sun lounging area very relaxed and chilled. Just a short walk through to the fishing harbour where all of the restaurants etc can be found as well as the boat for a trip to the little offshore island. The host was very nice and I wish him well for the business.

Somehow I booked the cheapest (only available?) room in the place and it was very spartan. If I was judging my stay on just this room the scores would have been much lower, but I heard from others that their rooms were nice, especially the ones with sea views that get booked up quickly. Perhaps the room I ended up in could have come with a better description of how much it lacked versus the rest of the property. Luckily I was travelling on my own rather than with my partner...

It is very quiet place. Tiny Paradise.
