Dog friendly, quiet location, owners very hospitable & obliging, excellant breakfast. Very peaceful surroundings with good dog walks.

Could not fault anything.

We were escaping the city for one night with a very anxious dog to avoid the NYE fireworks. Very clean and comfortable b&b. Warm and quiet. Friendly helpful hosts. Excellent choice of breakfast in the lovely breakfast room and generous delicious cooked breakfasts. A very relaxing stay.

Only thing I would say is that there was a fair bit of unpicked up dog poo on the lawn. Taking our own dog out we had to be careful not to step in it. Perhaps a sign and a poo bin would help. Other than that everything was great.

Really a fabulous B&B with excellent service and great attention to detail We were staying in the area for a wedding so the location was perfect Great WiFi in the room, I managed to work from the hotel for a full working day Excellent hearty breakfast, huge portions! And of course the pool which we enjoyed on a sunny afternoon overlooking the horses. Very relaxing. We could see the pool and horses from our room. <3 Really appreciated that the rooms were very spacious and the ensuite came with a bath tub with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided

If I had to be picky then would've preferred a dressing table in the room, as had to do my makeup in the bathroom but not a huge deal

Beautiful setting, fantastic breakfast and choose to at least 2 options for a lovely evening meal (about 20 minutes walk)

Clear indication of when it would be possible to request breakfast for. Eg on the form say something like ' what time would you like breakfast? (Anytime between 7.30 and 9.30) or whatever

Breakfast was superb, ordered the night before. Nice to be asked when we wanted our cooked breakfast prior to finishing our fruit/cereal etc. Service was excellent at breakfast Drinks tray was excellent

Rooms were very cool when we got there and mattresses were a bit uncomfortable for us but nothing is as good as home ! The sloping ceiling is a bit off putting but a different room would sort that for a tall person.

A lovely place in a rural setting just outside of town. Big old house away from neighbours. Ample parking, easy to find, friendly staff with a fab breakfast. Plenty of local walking (the cloud or the roaches) we did both. went in to town for a Chinese and a few beers and really enjoyed it. Nice food and pubs

Absolutely beautiful property in a fab location. It was quiet, peaceful and had everything you could need and more. The rooms are very spacious and i loved the “no fuss” check in and check out. It would have been easy to reach Joanne if we needed to however everything was perfect.

The breakfasts are very good only problem we had was mattress was hard for my husband and I but that is due to us being old It was all very clean no worries at all.

Room on ground floor would have been better but again that's down to us living in bungalow not used to stairs these days
