Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from all the shops and restaurants in town. The view from the upstairs balcony was great, especially at sunset. The unit was clean and very well equipped.
The property is quite dated, not really a luxury experience, but perfect for a family holiday that's not meant to be fussy.

The staff is very friendly and so helpful. The apartment were clean and so comfy to stay in. We enjoyed the stay and would stay there again. Would recommend 100%

The place is very accommodative for kids. The apartment was very spacious and lovely. It was home away from home. My kids enjoyed the pool and play area.
Kitchen tap was leaking at room 6. Long hours of loadshedding. The wifi had issues. There was no charging adapter.

We arrived way before check in and approached the reception office to use the bathroom. We were told that our apartment was ready and we could check in early, which was fabulous. We were very impressed with the apartment it was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. So comfortable almost felt like home. We will definitely be returning as this experience was great.

Close to all the shops and restaurants as well as the beach. Great service,friendly staff, safe and quiet lodging. Will definitely book in there with my vacation next year.

Great, well equipped, modern, spacious apartment. Well situated in the city centre. Helpful people. During loadshedding lights keep on working and you have your own braai. Easy access property by entering a code

The lady in reception was absolutely lovely and so helpful.
Location is absolutely perfect.
Rooms were way bigger than expected and spotlessly clean.

Perfect location, within a walking distance to shops and restaurants
The lady at reception was quite rude because I had made a last minute booking and Booking.com allowed it. She claimed the place was full and the system shouldn’t have allowed me. She literally refused to give me the keys for a good 10-15 minutes, she said she wouldn’t give me a refund coz she never took my money, the system did. After some time when she saw that I was refusing to leave she ended up giving me the keys and showing me to my room. She was very unprofessional and rude about it. She did come along nicely though after that incident and she was all smiles till we left.

Quite and peaceful place we really enjoyed our stay 😊 actually we were celebrating my daughter's birthday. She is very excited love the place.
Eskom gives us hard time but we managed because they give us schedules .

Option of arriving later than 4PM even without office opened. Two floors chalet. Spare charged lighting devices, for the blackouts.
No instructions about devices at the chalet. Rusty things. Glass-ceramic hob not working.
