beautiful place, super friendly staff that went out of their way to be helpful, very comfortable beds, everything was spotless

I wish I could have stayed longer!

lots of land to walk and stretch- room was big enough with a play to sit out back. super convenient to airport and car rental drop off. staff was very welcoming!

No secondary locks on door so toddler can em easily open door lever, Pool is chilly which is understandable bc weather is cooler in San Jose area but would be amazing if there were a jacuzzi !

BEAUTIFUL property! Very nice furnishings throughout. Nice design of campus, with easy access. Our one night stay was so delightful that we are coming back for 3 rather than 2 nights before departure! HIGHLY recommend.

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. It looks just like the pictures of not better. the restaurant has a great selection of food and drinks. our room was huge and well appointed. they play good music too, not the bossa nova remixes of popular music from the 80s and 90s. they have lots of reading areas and games to play as well as a nature trail to explore. as we were pulling out of the driveway we saw a toucan in the trees. just incredible.

The shower was hard to operate but once I got it working it was great!

It’s a beautiful, peaceful property with a wonderful staff.

People staying in the room upstairs came home late and were very noisy, not much soundproofing. I wish the pool was heated. The meal at the restaurant was very small compared to other places we ate in Costa Rica and more expensive. I wish the prices were in colones instead of dollars.

Amazingly attentive but unobtrusive staff - from the security lady on duty, through the reception team to the gentleman sweeping the leaves and cleaning the pool. Great food, comfortable rooms, superb surroundings. lovely to have a good choice of vegetarian and vegan dishes on the menu. Cervice was delicious. A great find 👌😍

Glad I had earplugs as a few rooms are near the road. Perhaps they could supply some?

- fun activities for the kids - darts boards in the gorgeous gardens, chess boards, pool - stayed in the ‘dome’ family room which was spacious and lovely for our family of 5 - very clean - gorgeous pool with nice Loungers and towels - lovely breakfast and restaurant for lunch and dinner - very pleasant and attentive staff

close to a noisy road - didn’t bother me too much but my husband thought it was quite loud. night time meal the food was average and slightly overpriced - would stick to just breakfast and lunches.

Everything was really good. Beds were very comfortable. Restaurant and wine were also Great. Pool was lovely but a little chilly to start with! Breakfast was also delicious. We were supposed to stay at another hotel on the way back to catch the flight home, but we cancelled it to stay at this hotel again as we loved it so much Angie and Oscar were particularly stand out members of staff, although all were lovely, these guys went out of their way to recommend and help us.

On the 2nd stay we were coming from Tamarindo, the sat nav gave us the wrong directions- which apparently has happened several times to other guests. So please ensure you have the right address before heading there.

Our AC unit in room 3 kept making a clicking sound, so I had to turn it on fan mode only, which was ok because it wasn’t hot, but I would have liked it cooler with a better working AC. Also close to road and kind of noisy. We just used a white noise app to drowned it out. Our UBER had some trouble finding it.

The hotel was lovely and clean, modern and the food at the restaurant was great! The staff were so friendly and attentive, every single person was! The pool was lovely and the grounds were fun to explore a little after our longer trip in Costa Roca before.

The only minor point, the menu was limited, however it made up in quality of the food! The location for exploring wasn't great, but verh close to the airport for transfers!

lovely property with a nice pool and great restaurant. all staff were super friendly and helpful especially Sergio and Angela. perfect place to stay for my first and last nights of the trip :)
