Nice location with great accessibility to ocean being gulf front with private boardwalk to beach. Also walking distance to main area of pier, restaurants, mini golf etc. We never felt cramped in the home. So nice having two refrigerators in kitchen; one for food and one for beverages. Pool was small but handy for those that wished to use it. TV in LVR was a real pain until all disconnected and reconnected. I know this is a rental and gets abused. However, there are some real issues that need to be addressed so that the house can continue to be used. Door handles and locks not easily used. Separation of trim around a bedroom door allowing mold to grow. Dripping water in DR from a leak that has been there long enough that crown molding and window trim have been affected.Joist under nice decking are rotting and making for a spongy walk. Outside window trim at bottom of a window was missing. We did love so much about this house but the investment by the owner needs some structural attention.

It is well outfitted for a large family. The pool, although small, is a huge bonus to have in a beachfront home and we enjoyed it all week along with the beautiful beach. This area is a hidden gem compared to some other parts of the state. We were there during spring break and although lively, it was still very nice and not too crowded. The only minor comment was that certain supplies such as hand soap and TP were either not provided or sparsely so. Check-in was fast and easy and the host even provided a beautiful beach blanket. Overall, this was a 9.5 out of 10 experience!

There were 12 high school women reuniting to eat, drink, and be merry for a week away from hubbies and other responsibilities. It was an easy walk to the beach, and the pool was great. We ended up having to move from the beach to the deck which had a deck overhead and that ended up being a perfect roof. We could still look out at the beach in the background. The kitchen had everything we needed and everything was clean and well ordered. We would certainly recommend this property to anyone wanting a beach vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 206 Ariola is a great house for large parties. We had 5 families staying in the 7 bedroom/7 bath house. The multiple fridges, dishwashers, washer dryer, coffee pots, cooking pots, dishes, flatware, etc. allows for many people to function in the house, without having to wait or be on top of each other. One more large frying pan would be helpful. The pool is small, but only 1 of 2 located on the beach. It provided the kids the opportunity to go back and forth various times during the day. Some of the items need fixing, but since the house is for sale, not sure how much more money the owner wants to put into it. Some of the in frame door blinds don't work, but they are in the down position and the microwave/vent over the stove is broken, but a new microwave was already in the house. Garbage pick up is on Friday AM, so if you arrive on a Saturday, the 3 large cans will be or after a few days of your arrival be full. if you call the rental company on Monday, to let them know, they should send someone out remove the garbage for you, as they did for us. Great location, service, amenities, and overall good time.

The location was superb, the weather beautiful, and the house provided all we needed to conduct meetings and enjoy social time and even some swimming for some northeners!
