The Condo was very clean and roomy. A short walk to restaurants and stores. Private park was a plus. We will be back in the future!

This isn't the first time we've stayed in the complex in one of Brians units. Location is fantastic, close to everything, and the shuttle literally stops outside our door! As usual, the unit was perfectly clean & set up upon arrival, with all check in done conveniently in advance. The unit was represented perfectly in the pictures online. The beds and couch were extremely comfortable, & the fireplace (free unlimited firewood) & views to the slopes were a nice touch during all the snow we received during our stay! Of course, the big jacuzzi & heated pool were a hit with everyone every afternoon. The bathrooms are being updated this season which will be a nice cosmetic improvement, since everything functioned well. Daily housekeeping by Abigail (rockstar) and her team are an added bonus that we grew to really appreciate after a hard day on mountain! We would definitely not disappointed in renting this unit again in the future. Good job Brian & team!! Note* this unit involved no stairs which is good for easy access.

Everything was great about this property. Location was excellent and the place looked better than the photos. Would book again for sure.

Great place with easy access (walking) to restaurants, shops and ski lifts. The condo was actually larger than portrayed in the pictures. Brian was also very responsive and assisted with our ski plans. We would stay here again.

This condo was perfect for us. The location - just 4 blocks from the gondola meant everyone could come and go as needed. Property was clean, Brian was attentive, although we didn’t need much from him as it was all already set up. Hope we can come back soon!

We enjoyed our stay but feel a few things could be improved: Better TVs for the bedrooms Wi-Fi and internet could be greatly improved. Brian was great to work with.

The condo is great! It's just a few blocks away from the hustle and bustle of Aspen. Having daily cleaning service is unheard of in rentals these days, and was so nice to have! The space was quiet and cool. We will definitely use this rental again when the time comes.

Exceptional condo! First floor with a nice layout. Never felt crowded for the four of us. Well appointed. Short walk to town center (only 2 blocks to Grocery). LOVED the facility’s hot tub and pool!! Ample supply of firewood. Great find!!

When we requested a late check out and early check in, he made sure to accommodate our schedule and make our travels easier! The location is so close to town and to Aspen mountain. Spacious condo with all the amenities you might need. Just a short walk (1/2 mile) to most anything in town. Beautiful pool, hot tubs and wood burning fireplace. Great communication with owner and ease of stay made for a perfect vacation.

My friends & I had an excellent experience here. Brian made the entire check-in/check-out process very easy. The place was clean, cozy, and had a nice view of Aspen Mountain. The heated pool and jacuzzis were also great after a long day of skiiing. Would certainly come back!

He even accommodated us with additional nights due to inclement weather. 2. The condo is nicely equipped with kitchen needs, toiletries, laundry, humidifiers, pillows, throw blankets and even firewood! Great layout and a large enough sectional couch for 4 people. 3. Great location and amenities exceeded expectations. There are two large hot tubs and the pool was heated! The unit was cleaned and restocked daily! 4. Very nice condo. In the town of Aspen and an easy walk to the lift, shops and restaurant. The condo was nicely decorated and plenty of room for a family of 4. Brian was very responsive. The complex has a nice pool and hot tub. I would recommend.
