Great location! The owner was super helpful answering my numerous, probably annoying, questions. Which I greatly appreciated! We had both rentals. They were nice and clean. The kitchen had most everything you could want. There were several beach chairs, beach, umbrella, beach wagon. It was just a really nice day. Would definitely stay again.

Easy SHORT Walking distance from the beach.Parking right around the corner for 15.00day right across the street from beach walkway.
Had All the amenities to prep & feed 4 generations of family members. Short drive to variety of restaurants if that’s your preference.
Even offered beach chairs, inflatable tire
Floats, sand toys, garden hose was nice to fill inflatable pool; we brought, for the little ones.
And a beach wagon to transport things.
There is not a hot tub as listed under amenities which was not an issue for us

Highly recommend this vacation home. Our extended family always take a week and come from Louisiana, N Carolina and Florida to spend a week together. This trip there were 11 of us. With 6 bedrooms and two kitchens we had enough space to have an enjoyable stay. And the beach is so close, it was quite perfect. Thanks for the chance to stay in this beach paradise. And the owner was great about communication only a text away.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a perfect space for our large family! Close walk to the beach! Loved having multiple bathrooms and common areas for congregating. Ample parking area. The ac worked well, washer and dryer, dishwasher, ice maker, and ample kitchen tools/appliances all in great condition. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again. If your looking for something with a lot of space, this place is a bargain!!

My large family and I rented the entire home for an extended weekend and we loved it. Although it is not on the beach, its location is still great. Short walk to the beach or lagoon. The decor and home updates were perfect and very relaxing. The beds were comfortable and everything was in working order. The only issue we came across was a lock issue with the lower unit but it was easily and quickly remedied, thanks to the speedy response from the home owner, who was very helpful and kind. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is great - about 4 minute walk to beach or easy access to lagoon park. Very well stocked with kitchen equipment (glasses, pots, pans, blender, crock pot, accessories, etc.) however no consumables at all (no salt/pepper). Appliances were good quality. Home was in good condition and clean. Most of the towels are hotel pool style towels (small) so I would suggest bringing your own bath towels in addition to beach towels. There is not a hot tub or whirlpool tub - top unit has 2 showers. Bottom unit has one bathroom with one shower and one bathroom with a tub and separate small shower. There is an open outdoor shower and foot hose. There was a variety of beach toys/shovels and quite a few beach chairs. The surrounding residential area was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great property for multiple families to get away together but separate! Short walk to the cleanest beach! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Property was as described. Great location. Definitely could have used more attention to detail during cleaning but it wasn’t awful. Kitchen cookware could use some updating but still functioned fine. More washcloths would be handy too. Overall a decent place to stay and owner was very responsive to all our questions prior and issues during the stay.

The place was really great! The only two things that were an issue was the place was not clean when we arrived. However, he was quick to answer and get the cleaning service over there and it was taken care of within a few hours. The second thing was there was a pretty significant leak by the dining room window in the lower unit. Other than that it was a nice place to stay!

The property was very nice and was only a very short walk to beach! The manager was great to work with. My only complaint is the bathroom showers were not as clean - it looked as if the glass hadn't been cleaned and a few hairs left behind. Also, I didn't see twin beds as I thought the site said - there 6 total bedrooms as far as we could see, not 7. The houses are close together and our neighbors were noisy at night when we were trying to sleep, but that is no fault of the owner. Overall, our stay was very pleasant at this property and we would stay again!

Our stay was great!! We loved the location and check in was easy. The only complaint was all of the bedrooms didn’t have TV’s and the if there was a Tv it was not connected to cable. Other than that the stay was great!!!

Our family stayed in this comfortable two unit house with 4 porches for relaxing and under cover parking. The neighborhood was friendly with wide walking spaces to the beach. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, the state park, recreation and other sites. Memories were made. This is us.

This house was the perfect size for our two families of four. We loved the location because it was just a short walk to the public beach access. The house was well-stocked, comfortable and nicely decorated.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Seabreeze. The duplex was very nice and in a great location. It easily slept our party of 9 (four couples and one single) with room to spare. The accomodations were fantastic! Fully kitted kitchens for upper and lower units with new appliances. Ample parking at the duplex and walking distance from beach access. Floors were a little dirty and a few things needed to be cleaned, nothing too crazy. Discussed with John and can happily say that it was well received. John was very responsive and nice when communicating!
I would definitely rent again and would also recommend to others!

The 2 apartments worked very well for our 4 families. There was plenty of space and the bedrooms and bathrooms were laid out conveniently. We enjoyed sitting on the deck at night and listening to the tree frogs. It was a short walk to the beach. We would stay here again. Thanks John!

We were in Gulf Shores for a softball tournament in July. Four families (parent and child) were able to comfortably stay here with plenty of room for everyone. Both units of the duplex had full kitchen, laundry, family room and bedroom spaces. Three bedrooms in each was perfect for our needs and everything was clean and comfortable. The beach was a short walk away and very accessible and the house had a ground floor shower for cleaning off the sand before heading upstairs. Communication was great from the owner and everything was handled very professionally. I highly recommend this location and would stay here again!

Great space for blended families!
My husband and I vacation each year with his ex-wife and her husband, as well as our 8 teenagers. It’s a lot to manage but this property was absolutely perfect! Well stocked kitchens to cook in, spacious open kitchen/dining/living area, beautiful views off the balcony, and a very short walk to the beach are some of the highlights. Owner was responsive, although we really didn’t need him much because everything went so well. Definitely plan on checking availability for next year!

Great property and location to the beach. Very clean and updated. Enjoyed our stay and the house had everything that we needed for a family of 12 between both units. Owner responded very quickly to an issue. Definitely will recommend and will rent again.

Best place we have ever stayed
My family and I come to the beach every year with our friends and this was by far the best place we have ever stayed. Owner was very nice and helpful. Place was very clean. Location was quiet and relaxing yet very close to anywhere we needed to go including the beach. Overall it was the best beach trip we have ever had as a group!!!

Great Location
We loved the location of the property and had a very good trip. It's within walking distance to some very nice beaches, and the porches on both levels were lovely. My only complaint was there were a few things that weren't cleaned from the previous renters, and would have been nice to be supplied with a few more trashbags. Overall, it was a very nice stay, and I would recommend.

Great place for multiple families
We had a great time at Seabreeze! The families of three brothers were able to stay all in the same place, but have lots of room to spread out and have our own space. Both units are very well maintained and well decorated which make for a beautiful home. Highly recommend for multiple families!

Wonderful family get away for large group
We stayed in both units (party of 10). Our first time staying on this side of town and in a house vs. a condo. Close to shopping, beach, and restaurants. Very clean and very beautifully decorated. Quite the bargain for both units for the week if you do have a large party. The only downside was the stairs and showers (no safety handles in showers- but we've communicated this to the owner already). Not great for someone who needs disability access but workable. Our fault, we should have asked more questions upfront. The owner was very responsive and we had a great time! Would definitely stay again on our next trip down.

The property was clean, easily accessible to all the go to places.
Property had all the amenities that you could possibly need with the exception of a Keurig. There was plenty of space and my group of six did not feel like we were on top of one another. The WiFi at the property was hit or miss which is really my only complaint with the exception of a Keurig. The property owner was friendly and easy to reach.
