Great central location, yet on quite road next to river. Lovely pool, good sized room and all areas kept immaculately. Extremely attentive and lovely staff.

The shampoo, conditioner in small ceramic bottles, whilst unusual, are Not convenient to use, - they are slippery to handle, difficult to read which is which, esp for older customers. Suggest to change to make it easier & convenient types.

cleanness of rooms wasn’t at its best. breakfast choice was minimal, noisy tourists jumping in the pool.

the rooms are large , the beds are very comfy ! hotel is located in a good position. centrally located quiet position.away from the busy center but within walking distance . All the staff members are lovely and very helpful

the breakfast can be approved . no fresh juices ( except if you pay 3.50 $ for fresh O J ) . There were too many mosquitoes in our private garden so we could not sit outside.

This resort is beautiful! The staff are very attentive to your needs & are very polite & friendly. We had a Garden view room & was large, clean with a comfortable bed. The shower pressure was great & they are the first resort/hotel that I have been to that provide ALL bathroom amenities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturiser, toothbrush, toothpaste, sewing kit, shower cap, EVERYTHING! the swimming pool was lovely & the trees provide shade from the sun. The buffet breakfast was really good too. A 2km walking distance to Pun Street or you can catch a tuk tuk just outside the resort.

The only think I can think of was that there was no barman at the pool bar so when you wanted a drink, you had to find a staff member. This was only a small thing though.

do not ask the property to arrange transport we had a 3.5 hour journey the property said they could arrange transport. I asked if it was safe they said yes it is out trusted driver! we paid 80 USD for the transport the car that turned up was dirty and old this is ok I can live with that. the driver was young he drove at high speed even when. I asked him not to. he spent all his time on his mobile phone laughing and joking with friends and was totally distracted from the road. at one point he put us in a very dangerous position and almost hit a huge truck. I had enough we where scared at that point I told him loudly to slow down right now he did for about the next ten mins then proceeded to make and receive calls and pick up speed. I have reported this to the property who do not seem concerned they said what would you like us to do about it! the car was un safe one of the wheels made a loud knocking noise and the tyres where not legal. it was an un necessary risk they should not of put us in this position and they do not seem to care that they did. he drove so fast the 3.5 hour journey took 2 hours 15 mins

This beautiful, modern, and well maintained hotel and property is a must for anyone coming to Siem Reap. The Reception and common areas , pool area are quiet, intimate, and like a tropical jungle! What makes the property even better are the young staff members who welcome you and do everything possible to make you feel comfortable and important to them. The Massage and Spa treatments are also a must!

We loved our time in Cambodia and had the most wonderful experience of local hospitality by the staff at Lynnaya! We were treated like royalty and made to feel special, nothing was too much trouble. The onsite restaurant is excellent with a huge menu and everything cooked to perfection. The rooftop bar is a great spot to drink and dine and the happy hour between 5pm and 7pm was hard to ignore with half priced cocktails too good to pass up! Easy walking distance to markets, Pub Street etc or just a short tuk tuk ride. We will happily return to Lynnaya Resort again and will recommend it to friends and family.

Everything! This place is wonderful! staff are beautiful, warm and inviting. The pool and bar area is awesome!

The price is a bit steep so if I did stay here again I would wait if a special was available.
