Everything was great! Buntheoun and the rest of the staff are all very helpful and kind. They're all great to talk to and take care of the guests! The room looked exactly like the photos and it was spotless. The hotel provides you with more facilities and comfort than you pay for! Definitely one of the best hotels in Siem Reap. I recommend it to everyone!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are very nice and clean. I came in a very hot period and asked to change to the colder side of the building, which was no problem. The pool is nice, I didn't use it a lot, but had swim in the evening. I really liked the fresh breakfast every morning. I wanted to do two days in Angkor Wat, the first one with tuktuk, the second day with scooter. The staff was super helpful to organize both. They also offer cooking classes with a professional chef for a very reasonable price, unfortunately I missed that. Also didn't try the cocktails which seemed nice. I had a complicated time with bad news from home in Europe, but they were sooo friendly and helpful and really helped me to have a good time under any circumstances. I also liked the friendly atmosphere between the staff members and with guests, still professional but at the same time not too stiff. Thank you very much!

It's not in the main centre, but it's a calm area and very close to the centre by bike (which you can rent) or tuktuk.

Piscine avec une eau trouble ,rien à voir avec les photos de l’eau cristalline Tele inutilisable, réservation effectuée au moins 1 mois à l’avance et on me dit simplement LA TÉLÉ NE MARCHE PAS 🤷‍♂️..le sourire ne fait pas tout ..

Super recomendable, todo el personal fue siempre muy preocupado y atento a nuestras necesidades siempre con una excelente disposición y caracter, hay un rico restaurante y la piscina es muy agradable, la habitacion era amplia, nos recibieron con un rico te y un snack de platano y nos permitieron hacer el chek in antes de la hora :)

Todo estuvo perfecto
