The room was spacious, had a private balcony and the location was convenient.

There was a very old heater in the room (no heat pump) which was very loud and kept turning off every 5 mins we didn’t feel safe leaving it on when we weren’t there which in winter isn’t ideal. There was mould in the bathroom and on the window sills that we cleaned some of. Our friends however had a different room which had a heat pump and no mould, I have also stayed before and had a nicer room.

Spacious and comfortable room. Walking distance to the city center with many eateries. Parking convenience.

The smell! We walked in and it smelt like period or very damp towels. Not sure what it was, aired out the place but it still smelt.

A lot of space, good central location

The cleaner came into my room while I was in the bath.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The motel was very central to everything we wanted to do and the man in the office was polite and efficient.

I was disappointed that the curtains on the window facing the carpark were missing hall their hooks and couldn’t be drawn properly + the ice box in the fridge was so full of ice we couldn’t put anything in it.

The Belmont Motor Inn was a great value for the cost. Good location just a 15 minute walk from downtown. Nice to have easy parking. Room was spacious and the deck was nice and sunny.
