La habitación oscura, muebles deteriorados, electrodomésticos oxidados, el tv sin resolución, toallas manchadas de óxido, ambiente ruidoso en la noche por la música estridente de bares cercanos, mal servicio, sólo me hablaban para cobrarme, no me dieron wi-fi, la chapa de la puerta no cerraba, el pasador no servía, sólo el seguro sirvió pero porque me di cuenta un día después, agua caliente, no había fría, no prestaron cafetera, cuando llame a reservar me dijeron que no tenían habitación para la fecha.

The lodging is well located and the staff is very friendly. It is right next to the sea near a venue that is used for nice walks. The bathroom is tiny and old but does what's needed. There's a fridge in the room which was very useful and the AC was working well. There was hot water which is not easy to find in the island.
There's no wifi connection in the room and even the wifi in the reception is not good. It is too expensive for the conditions offered, but still ok given the location.

They offered no breakfast.
Outside the hotel there are too many drunk people with gettho blasters. They drink, shout and play music all night long until 4am. The police don't do nothing and the hotel stuff ignores the needs of their guests. It's awful!

This was a great place for a 5 days trip. The rooms were large enough, we had 2 closets and 2 bathrooms, there was also a well equipped kitchen, fridge and living room.
It was very close to a supermarket (5 minutes away) and the beach was just in front so we could choose were to go everyday.
The staff was always taking care of us, providing additional information or elements we needed, and they cleaned everyday when we were away.
The wi-fi wasn't that great, we had to be closer to the beach for it to work, fortunately our cellphone signal was very good and we could use our own internet.
Also, we were traveling with a 70+ year old woman and the room was in the 3rd floor, hopefully for us we didn't have any problem as she's healthy enough to go up and down the stairs on her own.

Customer service is very good, everything is clean and comfortable.
I did not like they did not change the towels everyday. It was a little expensive in comparison of another hotels but it is ok. There is not WIFI in the room.
