The apartment is amazing! The hosts are extremely helpful and I could not think about anywhere else to stay on San Andres, but at their place.

The location that is really central and near to the beach

Looking for a place close to the beach, market, and stores? This Is perfect. Want a dirty, dusty, and smelly place? You will get all that here. Let’s start with the kitchen, the fridge was very old. The kitchen lacked appliances and the counter was dirty. The pots were in bad condition and everything would stick when you cook. The smell of the whole house was unbearable, according to the owner, there was a party the night before and they threw eggs all over the place. The balcony’s door couldn’t be locked, so we slept with a sofa against it. There was no AC in the living room, just an old fan that didn’t do much for the space. The windows were old and some of them didn’t close properly, water and noise are easy to enter. There were three rooms. They were spacious, the bed sheets were greasy, the side tables were dusty, and the AC’s were VERY old and loud. The two bathrooms looked and smelled like a STREET FAIR RESTROOM. One of them, the shower can’t be used because there was a leaking coming from the AC and the other one the shower door was broken. Even after cleaning with bleach, still smell like pee and door was kept closed so the smell couldn’t get all over the place. There are many reasons for not posting pictures of the bathrooms, you can now wonder why. I wish I can post pictures of what the reality with this place is. San Andres is beautiful, but I can assure you that staying in this place can ruin that experience. We were a mix group of Europeans, Americans, and Colombian and we all agree that this place was HORRIBLE.

Central located, just a peak from the beach. Spacious apartment. Owners are very humble.

I expected more from this high-rated and well priced apartment. -Very noisy and old A/C. Especially in the smallest bed room. -A lot of noise from traffic in master bedroom and only half of the curtain covers the window. Very bright morning light straight in. -The apartment in general needs and upgrade and from an average of 9,4(!) on Booking you should expect more than only one lightbulb working in the whole livingroom. -Internet is superslow (this is in general a problem for the whole island)
