Henrri at the hideaway pool bar was amazing as always! 3 years in a row and he’s remembered me every single time! He is literally the best part of hideaway! 💜 Make sure you all keep him around

Of activities such as pool parties and kids rooms, "teens room" , ping pong tables all over the place Bars in the pools with free cocktails and drink "Vibe teem" (entertainment teem" with different activities such as "netball pool style game" and balloon war in the pool. Clean Jacuzzi in the junior suit! Big bath 9 different restaurants : sushi and tapeniaki , Mexican, meat , Indiana, Italian, pool buffet {cheese burger and hot dogs} , sea food, the wonderful and my favorite the big buffet, And other kind of restaurants I didn't get to see beacuse is only for "diamond club" or with extra charge... But I don't think you need to go there unless you are really rich and to wast your money just to get another kind of food So many pools I could not count them Live shows from 6 to 10 at the pool Every pool section has same entertainment (so you won't miss any)

A lot of noise from the pool parties at night from the "pool view rooms" at night The beach is full of Seaweed and it's not plesent to get in The lins to the restaurants can be exhausting from 7 to 8 The location of the resort is very far from the downtown and taxis are expensive 🫰. There is a line to get a place to sit next to the pool! If you come "too late (around 9:30 am) you need a a lot of luck finding place near the pool"

that’s not 100% adult only all restaurants got lot kids not on the adult side no bars … first day didn’t have my room ready then my keys didn’t work wait for two hrs to get into my room then is long walk just to get to you rooms is sucks

Really bad mosquitoes prepare to get bit up. Swim out pool is dirty seems like they clean it only if you ask them to.

Resort was absolutely stunning. Loved the view, loved how the rooms looked. And there were plenty of pools for everyone.

Majority of the staff was terrible and not understanding. Our bands to get into the room stopped working 4 times! I reserved a room with a king size bed, they gave me double beds and told me they were sold out. The bar staff except for Miguel, wasn't attentive at all. And the icing on the cake, the resort had wayyyyy to many mosquitoes. It was hard to enjoy anything outside the room. They are even in the restaurants. I would not return!

very long walk to and from lounge and rooms, had to do that walk 3 times because my key stopped working, and once because room service wouldn’t pick up.

Mosquitoes and rude tourists to the staff

Resort was terrible, food was sooo bad. Drinks were warm. Sorry but this is nowhere near the expectation of the stars the hotel has.

The locating is amazing only 20 minutes from the airport. The resort is beautiful and the easy beach access make it even better. The staff is so welcoming and helpful.

Nothing

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, from the cleaning staff, to butlers, to servers. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were cleaned and restocked frequently. There was always some form of entertainment available. Food at all the restaurants did not disappoint.

The beach and shoreline was full of seaweed so we couldn't even get close to the water. The butlers were great when they were available, but there was always some confusion with who was serving us and when. There was a total of 3 different people within 24 hours telling us they were our butler. And instead of the bottle per day we were promised, we got 2 bottles in 6 days.

checkin process was a breeze in and out. I loved the staff! they were grateful for tips and treated me and my husband very nice.
