Ideally located just about 2km from the main market street, in the Ryewood surrounded with greenery. Very friendly staff with homely feel. Ala carte food preparations were very good and reasonably priced. Clean environment, clean rooms, big size swimming pool, sanitization well maintained, value for money.

The rooms need some renovations to be done. The balcony of the rooms are not well covered for rains hence the we were not above sit in the balcony and enjoy the rainfall.

Loved the location, very close to the city yet far enough to enjoy a peaceful stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. Very friendly staff.They accomodated most of our requests immediately. Good buffet breakfast spread.

The lift wasn't working which was a problem for our elderly member. Lunch food wasn't up to the mark.

Some maintenance issues were there. But on complaint, they were rectified promptly.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff is good, always happy to help. We had a good stay.

The staircase area leading upto the rooms and lobby can be kept cleaner.

1.Design of the resort is well planned and effort is put in minute details. 2.All furniture in the room is well coordinated 3.Play area for kids & adults available. 4.Lot of trees & plants in the resort. 5.Breakfast spread is good

1.The white curtain was not clean had dirt spots. 2.Area behind wash basin had black spots (All other was clean)

Food and location was good.

Swimming Pool was not properly maintained and cleaned. Odd check in and check out timings. No social distancing followed.

The sports facilities were well maintained, staff was very friendly and food was economical. The variety of flowering plants and outdoor chairs add to the good ambience.

Most of the TV channels weren't subscribed so it was of little use. Guests weren't allowed to use the pool due to COVID restrictions.
