Localização. Apartamento em bom estado e bem decorado. Cozinha bem equipada. Casa de banho espaçosa.

Mesa de refeição para apenas 2 pessoas, quando a lotação do quarto é para 4 pessoas. O apartamento tinha forno mas verifiquei que não estava a funcionar. Quando expus o facto aos funcionários gentilmente cederam-me a utilização de outro de um apartamento que estava livre. No entanto o problema não foi resolvido durante a minha estadia de 2 dias.

Achei estranho pegar a chave através de um totem sem ter uma pessoa para falar. Achei a cama desconfortável, de má qualidade.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado, cerca de la parada de autobuses que lleva al púlpito (al menos la compañía que contratamos nosotros) y de la parada de autobuses del aeropuerto. Cercano a supermercados, restaurantes, el puerto, el centro y la zona más concurrida de la ciudad.

Apartamento bastante pequeño, no había prácticamente sitio para colocar las maletas, el dormitorio, la cocina y el comedor eran también pequeños. El que alquilamos nosotros tenía 1 dormitorio y 1 sofá cama, al abrir el sofá cama ocupaba gran parte del comedor. Nosotros tuvimos problemas para acceder, si bien pagamos con un poco de anterioridad luego no nos enviaron los datos para recoger las llaves. Tuve que llamar a booking para hacer las gestiones. En el teléfono que tenía booking no contestaba nadie. Les tuve que facilitar uno que había en la entrada. La propiedad me había enviado un mail privado para hacer el pago, pero no me fie y preferí hacer el pago directamente por booking. Resumiendo, el apartamento un poco claustrofóbico y la gestión de la entrada, en mi caso, un poco mal.

Stuffy unventilated room, bed access restricted to one side only, we're too old for bed gymnastics one of us slept on the couch, tiny shower could barely turn around, broken window blinds, lack of instructions on electrical switches, poorly located power points..

Access was easy and location was handy to various parts of the city. Less than 10 minute's walk to the main waterfront harbour (much closer to commuter ferries), handy to a choice of supermarkets, bus stop, petroleum museum and St Petri's church for concerts. Bed was comfortable, TV & internet worked well.

The bedroom was exceptionally small, with access to the bed available only on one side, so one person had to climb over the other to get into or out of bed. The two main lights in the living area had blown globes. The sink plug did not seal (so all washing up was done using running water), and we could not get the under-bench oven to work. All three of these issues were reported by email to management, who replied saying that they sent someone around (whilst we weren't there - we would not have agreed to that if we'd been asked) and that the 'stove worked'. Note that we asked about the oven, not the stove cook-top, which we could work okay. Neither the lighting issue nor the sink plug issue were addressed.

The apartment is nice. Big enough with an small kitchen. The kitchen has everything you could need for a few days in Stavanger. The room is really small but is comfortable. The location is good, 10 minuts by foot from the busterminal and 10 minuts from the city center. Is a nice place to spend your days in Stavanger.
