Booking.com indicated the property would ask a deposit equal to one night’s stay but I received a message from the hotel that 50% was required and a QR code to process the payment but didn’t work. after a couple of follow ups to ask for an alternate way to pay, I was sent some Banking information with no instructions and no email so I could not send an e-transfer. I followed up a few times and they were no longer responding. When our hotel in Agra called for us the night before, Baranas Haveli “could not locate our booking” … many of their staff look lost and confused. Our room had no curtain for the shower rod and no squeegee to remove the water that unavoidably covers the entire bathroom floor if you use the shower. While the property is being refreshed with paint, basic cleaning of light fixtures, menus, patio chairs and tables would go a long way. Not a deal breaker, but be advised on-site restaurant lacking many items on their menu.

Room sizes are not adequate for double occupancy. Not recommended at all. We had to check out after the first night as the hotel didn't provide us a better room. We had pay the full price for 5 days. Not happy. 🙁

When we check in at 10 pm. There were towels no toilet papers in the rooms. After notifying the manager said we will do in 5 minutes. After back and forth with manager at about 11.30 pm he said sorry all the towels are in the laundry you will get at 8 am next morning. then we inform the day manager he said leave me the keys I will get it done soon. When we came back at 10 pm nothing was in there. After calling the manager some delivered two towels. Next morning talk to the owner he just said sorry. will never stay in this hotel nor we recommend to others

Probably the location that is all. The hotel has tour guide name Mr Ajay he is helpful apart of that there is nothing so nice about this place.

Toilet is hell stinking. Smell like urine no matter how much we wash it. It's dirty everywhere the housekeeping is poor. Lighting is bad. Toilet is disgusting. I checked out after 1 night. Then i booked Sugar Stars Hotel which is way cheaper and excellent. Every hotel need to maintain some standards. Not overcharging for some bad uncomfortable stay. Breakfast could have been better they don't have many options so do not include breakfast during your stay.

Good location. Nice breakfast in terms of quality though more options could be provided. Great ambience in the restaurants. Room provided is of adequate size and facilities. They provided a local tour guide who really guided us with all the attractions we wanted to visit - with the right time of the day to ensure we had minimum wait time.
