It was very clean and tidy room, slippers and bath robe too. Windows had good sound proof. Had a free water in the room.

Sound insulation is very bad. There is a big gap between the door and ground to the corridor, could hear every sound (talking, door closing, walking, etc). Parking is very expensive for its location. Very soft bed.

Friendly staff, restaurant in the hotel, buffet breakfast, spacious room, good quality mattress, kettle and coffee/tea in the room. Close to public transport.

No air conditioner in the room (would expect that from a 4-star hotel), the fan was there, but when you have more than +30C outside, then fan is not really helpful. No refrigerator in the room. Very week Wi-Fi signal in the room (almost impossible to catch /not useful). Cups for tea/coffee were not cleaned properly.

Nice and Brightvision roms. Great restaurant closeby.

I was missing an AC on the room, as it gets hot in the summertime.

10AM check-out time

Easy check in, everything was as advertised. Standart breakfast.

I had to leave the hotel in the middle of the noght 2:45a.m. due to extreme noise in the room next door. The receptionist was informed about the party and noise but could not help! This stay was absolutelly horrible- the hotel rooms don't have any soundproofing and sleeping could be impossible. Does not deserve 2-star.

The staff is very nice. There is an option to buy tiny snacks and drinks at the reception and I found the prices more than reasonable, as if there weren't any hotel supercharge. The room was clean and on day 3 the cleaning ladies were already offering to change the sheets and towels. The bed seemed quite comfortable. The restaurant downstairs has very nice lunch options (but also open for dinners, didn't check them out but are probably great as well). While I didn't really enjoy the facilities in the room, it was very convenient to find shoe shine and a sewing kit.

The walls must be made of paper as I could hear every little noise from the room next door as if the guests were in my very room: the TV, the conversations, people sitting down and getting up from the beds, turning on the water taps, taking shower, shifting in beds, etc. It was overwhelming enough for me to have extremely poor sleep, even though the hosts at the reception mindfully placed me in the corner room where I only shared one wall with other guests. Plus, assume that you can hear your neighbors as much as they can hear you, so that's a privacy issue as well. Also, I thought I booked a room with a desk as I had to work but the room had two armchairs instead.

Staff were excellent and very helpful, would never have solved the on street parking problem without them. Room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel is a bit noisy due to its position, of course they cannot help this. It’s also looking a bit tired in places including the bathrooms. It’s also way out of the centre if you’re planning a tourist weekend.
