Svært god value /price for dagens italienske hotellpriser. ser mange ikke kjenner seg igjen i beskrivelser av fasiliteter. ok, men litt sparsomt utstyrt kjøkken. air-con fungerte svært fint for oss. det var rent. ingen wifi. om parkering er gratis eller ikke avhenger på når man kommer og trafikkbildet. lørdag og søndag er det marked på torget, men uansett p-plass i nærheten og det er fullt mulig å lempe av baggasjen. trolig et sted som passer best for folk som er vant til reise litt selvstendig

Vær obs på at denne leiligheten er mørk, og har ingen utsikt. Fint for 3 netter. Verten snakket kun i italiensk, men med Google translate går det seg til. Søte og på tilbudssiden. veldig bratt og smal og ganske lang trapp. igjen. passer neppe for alle, men vi synes dette var god valuta.

A huge disappointment!!! I ran into this apt thanks to its good rating, I didn't pay attention there were only 30+ persons evaluating it. First of all, even though the apartment declares that check in is available from 12 am -- they actually let us in at 3.40 pm. When I called, they said that normally no one arrives before 6 pm -- a total lie as they close check in at 17.30 and state it in the description to the apartment. I am 7 months pregnant and I had to wait under 35 degrees C to get in. I arrived in Chianti to work at a wedding that began at 4 pm, I had no time to change and take a shower. Second: they declare there is a free parking, which was essential for me, as I arrived by car. This is also a lie. There is no free parking nearby and the paid one is located far away, the whole area is for the pedastrians only. I had to pay for the parking on all the days, push the luggage and reach the 3rd floor of the building. I expressed my disappointemt to the owner and called Booking to solve the issue. But on the spur of the moment nothing could be done. And guess what? Today I received a message from the apartment saying the sofa if broken -- I have no clue how it happened, the 2 cleaning ladies undid it when we arrived, covered it with blankets and we left the apt the way it was. They also say that something in the oven (a glass) is missing. We never used the stove/oven. Now the apt owners ask us to cover the damage we never caused!!! AVOID THIS PLACE

It was very dark in the room and VERY dusty, I had an allergy for 2 nights what wasn't fun at all. The parking is located 7 minutes walking distance from the place what wasn't mentioned on the reservation. The stairs are very steep and tight. Not the best if you have heavy suitcases. The fridge had traces of rust. Expensive for what it is compared to what we had during our vacation in Chianti

Very noisy at night with restaurant back door under the bedroom window, all night they cleaned and throw away glass at containers, shout and smoke under windows. Flat was very dark, air condition almost not working, needed to work all day so it would be ok at night. 3rd floor with no elevator, sharp stairs, very difficult with luggage. But worst of all was the noise, we woke up tired every morning.

Hosts were great, apartment was roomy and right on main square.

Apartment in Greve Wi-Fi is very weak the proprietors must have the modem in the adjacent apartment and this one gets the leftover weak 1-2 bar coverage. pictures of the apartment are very deceiving. They show a bright and sunny interior which is the exact opposite of what we experienced. It’s very dark and cavelike see pics. There are very few outside windows, the ones that are there look into nothing but an ally and a void between buildings so you want to spend as little time there as possible. The place is poorly maintained and appointed. In the kitchen there isn’t a single napkin, paper towels or kitchen towel to use. There isn’t even a bar of soap in the bathroom. The shower doors come off their tracks and are filthy. several light bulbs were burned out. Television is an old 19 inch tube which we didn’t even try. Widow sill in bedroom full of bugs. Under the sink is every cleaning product for the apartment but not an ounce of laundry detergent for the washer they boast of. We bought laundry detergent for 1.80 euros and left it there for future tenants. They couldn’t spend that for their clients...All the cleaning buckets, mops and brooms were left in the kitchen for us to see and step around. Are you getting the picture here? For $100 euros per night they really need to make some improvements. The apartment is roomy and the folks are really nice but have no idea of how to operate a short term rental. As example of that The wifi password is 24 digits long with capitals, numbers and lower cases. They are not even aware that the service provider can change that easily to something shorter and unique to the facility or just how inconvenient that is for the renter. I give this place a 2 out of five.
