Apt is one of three underneath a 2-story house inside a gated property with two other houses nearby. Just as described; cozy and a 5-minute walk to Seven Seas beach. Make sure to buy mosquito repellent!

Door blinds need to be replaced. Suggest using unscented dryer sheets. Only warm water.

It was clean, comfortable and had all we wanted. Very easy walk to the beach and drive to restaurants, etc. Thanks Juan!

No real negatives except perhaps that the only AC unit is in the bedroom. But not a big deal for us.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great security system entering the property. Everything needed is provided. (Towels, extra sheets, beach chairs, pots and pans, silverware also a few seasonings are provided if anyone wants to cook🙂 The property is close to everything which was a plus, and the Host is very prompt in responding to any questions or concerns. My husband and I will definitely stay here again.

The location was really nice, less than 5 min walk to the Seven Seas beach. Communication was easy. Juan helped us with local advices and was quick to help with our requests. The little neighborhood is gated and felt safe. The apartment had all the basic stuff. Low-noise AC unit in the bedroom was also appreciated. Waking up to a rooster call in the morning was pretty cool. Walking distance or short drive to little eateries, restaurants, bars and grocery store.

The interior of the apartment could be improved.

I like the location. it is close to the beach. There are many restaurants nearby. It s closed to boat tour spot. I loved the fact that Hosts have a very informative binder about activities and what to find nearby none of these, info binder, was present in my previous staying in at Hotels in San Juan and Luquillo.

Loved the location and the fact that there was a gate there, the place felt so homey!

The pictures gave the impression that the property was waterfront, which it wasn't, but it was very close to a beautiful beach so I can't complain. Also, there was a lot of mosquitoes inside and they ate us up 😩 but the host was kind enough to bring us mosquito repellent and that helped.

Did not need to wait for or interact with anyone.

It was a little annoying to have to download an app.
