The room is super nice but the view is the best! Absolutely loved every details and the owner was very helpful with every question we had!

We are glad we chose Las Gaviotas for our stay. The location was perfect for our reasons for travel to Puerto Rico at the time. It was a good, peaceful place to come back to once we spent the days in our planned activities. The owners of the property were gracious, friendly and helpful. We would return sometime in the future if it is appropriate.

John and Gloria (Owners) were amazing host. The house is beautiful with amazing views and great patio deck to sit and enjoy the mornings. The private community is absolutely beautiful. Lots of things to do within a 45 min radius.

This room was great with access to all the activities in and around Fajardo. There are lots of places to eat and enjoy. The room itself had all you could ask for - bed, bathroom, fridge, microwave, coffee, etc. The A/C worked very well and was very comfortable.

Location exceeded our expectations. Overlooking the beautiful ocean, surrounded by trees and plants and flowers. Quiet and peaceful. Waking up to singing birds as well as sitting out on the porch at night watching the stars.

El timón bakery was recommended to us by our host and it was great for a good breakfast and coffee. We loved the location of our room, very nice and with an unforgettable view, the best!! Went to the Marina for dinner recommended by our host too and food was delicious really enjoyed it.
The only thing we found uncomfortable was the bed, mattress was very hard to sleep comfortably on, it will be nice to have a better soft mattress to make the stay whole.

Everything was very clean and comfortable! They had everything we needed - fridge, beach chairs, towels. John and his wife are very kind. Highly recommend staying here!

The room was beautifully decorated in a home that sat up on a hill with deck overlooking the largest marina in the Caribbean. The hosts were wonderful - they really saved the day for us as we were unable to get out to the smaller islands as we had planned. We had many long conversations with them while enjoying the lovely Caribbean breezes.

Host is attentive and informative, the view is spectacular you can see part of the Marina Puerto Rey a view to the open ocean and is a gated community so we felt safe. The location closed to airport/Ferry. Stores close by a few minutes of travel time to sights and beaches.
