Haus sieht von aussen OK, Personal (bis auf das Schuhe-Ausziehen) ziemlich nett, Zimmer klein, aber ausreichend. Lage ist super - historisches Zentrum mit den Huegeln (Koenigsgraebern) und auch Bushaltestelle (zum KTX-Bahnhof) gleich um die Ecke, auch NH-Supermarket unweit und Hanok-Dorf ebenfalls in 3-5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Fruehstueck.. na ja, eher spartanisch - nicht viel zum Hunger stillen, aber etwas war schon da, muss ich zugeben.

Dusche im Zimmer ist gleich hinter der Tuer installiert, somit man zur Toilette dann ueber nassen Boden laufen muss (?). Kein Aufzug, daher mit dem Gepaeck muss man durch Treppe ohne Gelaender klettern. Zum Fruehstueck gibt's nur Weissbrot-Toast mit Marmelade und Kaffee/Tee und wenn man Glueck hat, auch 1 Ei. Also auch wenn ich nach irgendetwas Glutenfreiem 1 Monat im voraus gefragt habe, doch nix - Schade. Natuerlich machen die hier den Hanok nach, daher darf man ueberall wieder nur in Socken laufen (obwohl das Personal in Hausschuhen von der Strasse bis in die Zimmer laeuft) - na ja, eher gewoehnungsbeduerftig :-/

L’unica cosa buona è la posizione

La stanza non era quella mostrata nella foto, era ancora più piccola nonostante nella prenotazione risultasse 19 m2, non c’era spazio neanche per le valigie. Quando siamo arrivate nel pavimento del bagno c’erano diverse pozze d’acqua, inoltre sempre in bagno c’era un tubo che finiva in una bottiglietta di plastica. Inoltre ho trovato poco igienico obbligare gli ospiti a togliere le scarpe prima di entrare in struttura, visto che nel pavimento passano le ruote delle valigie. La signora che si occupa di gestire check-in e check-out non parla completamente inglese, neanche parole base. Per due persone sono stati forniti in totale 3 asciugamani piccoli (da mani) e nessun asciugamano per la doccia, niente tappetino per la doccia. Colazione scarsa con solo toast e uova bollite. Tramite Booking ho chiesto un rimborso parziale visto che la camera non era veritiera rispetto alla prenotazione ma la struttura ha rifiutato. NON CONSIGLIATO

La ubicación

Booking me ha estafado.Pagué 100 euros por una noche en teoría una habitación de 20m2. Cuando llegué me encontré un hostel. La habitación era un cuchitril tenía una gotera negra sobre la cama,la cama encajada en las tres paredes y las maletas no cabían. El baño enano y te duchas en el suelo.La peor noche de mi viaje y que me lo amargó por completo. Una vergüenza.

The location is fantastic; you can walk to all the main attractions, and they are quite close. The place is peaceful, with a 7/11 nearby, and they also serve free breakfast every day, which, although limited, is sufficient to start the day. It's very clean, and the beds are very comfortable.

The bed was a futon

Amazing location - walk or short cycle away from all the main sites. Very clean and comfortable. Lovely communal area to sit and eat or play cards and have breakfast. Breakfast was toast with spreads and drinks. Women who runs the place is super lovely and eager to help, we borrowed umbrellas for a rainy day. Lockers available to put bags and shoes. Hair dryer provided.

Convenient location, good value for the money

Location is the best part. The tomb park is literally in the back yard. It's about 15 minutes walk to the bus station.

The room is tiny and there is maybe a couple of hooks on the wall -- no drawers, no closets, no storage. Really no room to even have an open suitcase much less 2. I don't call sliced bread and coffee breakfast.
