Excellent location with a pool and spa

Top Lage, direkt beim Bahnhof, U-Bahn, Shopping und unzähligen Restaurants.
Modernes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung.
Pool und Spa sind gut ubd und sehr sauber.
Frühstück nur als Auswahl von 4 Sets. Kein Buffet und keine individuellen Bestellungen.
Restaurant zu klein, daher teilweise erhebliche Wartezeit bis Tisch frei wird. Essen aber sehr gut.
Tätowierungen sind im Poolbereich nicht erlaubt. Müssen mit grossen Pflastern (je 200 Yen) abgedeckt werden oder es muss dafür bestimmte Badekleidung getragen werden.

Just next to Hakata Station , surrounded by a few good malls - AMU, Hankyu , Kitte! Perfect stay for family, the room is decent sized and it’s well connected to the malls/train station. If you drive, the carpark is within the hotel. Hotel staffs are very polite. There is a rooftop pool and a children under 3 pool filled with yellow ducks. Very pleasant experience ! There is a MacDonald and Starbucks in the same building as the hotel. Superb
Hakata can be a little overcrowded. If the hotel allows for some flexibility such as early check in with younger child will be good, because we could only check in at 3pm sharp. Otherwise no big issue, a very good stay.

しかも博多駅すぐの場所で本当に便利。
チェックアウトが12時というのも大変ありがたいです。

お部屋も広くて夏休みに利用したのにとてもお得でした。
福岡在住ですが、夏はリゾート気分で泊まりたい所です。
朝食がセットメニューでした。コロナはつづきそうてすが、バイキング形式になってくれたら嬉しいです。

一階の自動ドア入った時の香りも良かったし、ロビーのスタッフの気配りも素晴らしかったし、トイレ、風呂も別々で快適でした。シャンプーセットのブランドが、好きなブランドだったのでなお気に入りました。

The bed is too small for a family which bring kids. Every hotel except Japan , using large size bed.

Just opposite the JR Hakata station.
Spacious triple room, bigger than most hotel rooms in Japan. Can open 3 big luggage on the floor and still have a small table , 2 arm chairs and small sofa.
Had a small hot spring and swimming pool on the top floor
Either American or Japanese style breakfast set. Both are delicious.
Have to wait about 30mins before we can get into the restaurant, but we are on vacation and no hurry

Excellent location, direct link to Train station. Staff was friendly and helpful, can speak some English. Service was great. Nice toiletries provided. Room size was good too.
Will be good if there were coin laundry machine in the hotel.

Breakfast was really good and enjoyed the fact that it was not a buffet. There was a swimming pool to swim in as well as a hot tub in addition to the onsen. Location was very good also being attached to the train station. Service in reception and in the bar was great.
Husband would have liked coffee in the lobby, but this was minor. Wish it was not rainy the evening we arrived (not much anyone can do about that) as we would have liked to have spend time around the pool area.
