There are good things to say about the place. First the location in Prague and parking is great. The inside courtyard, which I didn't get to use and the breakfast spread is also very nice. The father of the host is a very nice man.

If your stay goes according to plan, you may not experience this, but be aware. Overall I really don't like the attitude that the family you chat with shows. They think is customer centric but is not. The constantly have a way to say and show you that they are right and I'm the one that wants to argue. Wth? I'm on holiday with two kids and granma, who needs this. I don't normally go to this details, but because of their attitude, for this review I will be specific: 1) room 4a has a two floor climb. When you are traveling like me with a grandma and a few big pieces of luggage this makes a big difference. When I asked whether there was an elevator when I checked in they dismissed it as nonsense "you should have known from the post"... Yes, my mistake to not read the ultra fine prints. 2) tv and internet were not working when checkin in. The maid looked at it and said she will notify the boss to fix it. I also messaged the host later to notify but again he dismissed thst I have not taken the right steps with the internet and tv. As I was out, I didn't check. When I came back to watch the match, it will still not working. Instead of apologizing right away and fix it, I had to play repairman for 45 mins trying to decipher how to work it. When it came to fix, it took them 10 mins to send someone and restart a tripped power supply. But because it normally doesn't happen... They didn't believe me or whatever?? 3) the room had a baby crib inside that was taking space when I wanted to dry some laundry. I told them I don't need it and for them to take it out. The response was thst my ask "is irrelevant".. it comes with the room and it stays in. 4) besides the floor the rooms has dust everywhere which for small children may be a problem 5) when asking them to provide some coffee beans as the machine had none, first the host had to accuse me "there is no way you found the machine without beans when you checked in"...

Big，clean，good location and super nice owner

The apartment was close to everything, including the tram stop, grocery, and a shopping mall. It was also clean and complete with everything we needed. We love a good coffee, so their delonghi bean to cup coffee machine was a real treat. The owners delivered loads of food for our breakfast, plus a lovely dessert.

The beds were not very comfortable. The one I had was sagging. The pillows were also old and could not give a good support to my neck and head. Definitely needed some new ones.

The host Milan was very nice and provided us with all we needed. He prepared a perfect breakfast each day and brought us specialties from the Czech Republic. Parking is well organised in advance. Thanks Milan!

Extremely nice hosts, the apartment was great, everything is clean, beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped, having everything you might need. Would definitely recommend to stay at this place when visiting prague!

Scrupulously clean , great host, lovely refreshments provided creating a warm welcome. Good location near to the river and better value for money than the centre of Prague . Altogether very pleasant. Would stay there again.

Excellent location, top sightseeing locations in walking distance or easily accessible by public transportation. Apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped as promised in the description. We appreciated daily breakfast delivery and perfect communication with the owner. Parking available on the street, good restaurants and shops nearby.

It was a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. It is just a light walk to the tourist sites of the city. You will have detailed tips given by the host. You will also have breakfast delivered everyday in the morning. I appreciated the dessert cake the day we left. Thank you for providing us such a wonderful experience in Prague.

The fact that I have to leave and stay working tomorrow…

The breakfast was superb. Besides much more than we can eat, the quality of ham and cheese are very good. We left early the final day so the breakfast was prepared together with the day before. We enjoyed it a lot. Kitchenware and cutleries are all there if you want to cook. The room is a bit larger than on photo so we are satisfied. The host is really nice to show us attractive places to visit and the church he recommended exceeded our expectation. Tram station is just 2 minutes' walk, and old town centre is less than 30 minutes by foot. It's in a quiet and safe residential area so if you come at night, it may be a little bit difficult to find the apartment. Message, email or call them in advance and as soon as you arrive, they respond fast.

I didn't like that all the smokers were passing through the courtyard to smoke cigarettes on the table and the ashtray was overflowing, and also the rude maid who burst into the apartment without knocking or ringing the doorbell. The front door of the courtyard was constantly banging and making noise.

Location is great and the apartments are spacious.

Unclear rules for included breakfast. Sometimes it was there sometimes it wasn't.

The owner is very attentative, pays attantion to every small detail and any our wish. Friendly personal.

We missed a small shelf in the shower cabin.

Large apartment, with free parking and very generous breakfast provided by the host. The apartment is above a nice restaurant with good food. We would surely stay in this apartment next time we are in Prague

Everything was great, the apartment was very comfortable, it had all the features we needed and the mattress was just perfect, extremely good for resting after long walks around the city. And it's location is amazing, so close to the city centre and all must see amenities, plus it was super easy to find. The owners are the kindest hosts ever, such nice and caring people who made sure to bring us lots of food for breakfast each morning, they even went an extra mile to accommodate our vegan diet, we are very grateful for that. Mrs Eva, the owner, knows so much about Prague history and she was happy to share many tips about what to visit and where to go around the city. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to get the best experience of Prague.

Breakfast was great. The location perfect

The flat was really well oriented walking distance from the main touristic attractions, however still in a peaceful, green neighborhood. The hosts were extremely nice and friendly. The breakfast was also amazing. Highly recommended!

We had only one minor problem. The wifi was not working on our phones.
